Love this store and great selection but after a long day of work having to bag and scan your own groceries because not a single cash was open is a bit ridiculous!

After more than a year of visiting this store I noticed : price tags missing, products wrongly identified, a small and inconvenient parking design, frequent errors with receipt, lack of quality control over products as well as customer management processes, employees that seemed passive towards customer satisfaction... The thing is their product selection is wide and plentyful, their meat, Cheese and ready-to-eat selection is good. They also have a pleasant shopping environment. That being said, they can neglect any other operational aspect of the business, while still having sales and customers around.

General manager Jean-Francois is vey nice and understanding. We bought the lobster and found one not good and smelt badly. We had to contact the general manager of the store JEAN FRANCOIS, he listened to us and understood our situation and suggested us to take back the lobster to the store and give us refund. Very efficient and listen to their clients. I will continue shopping in this IGA!

It was a great place to shop despite the higher prices but then the store starting herding its customers like farm animals. Mandatory lineups, people telling you where to go, total circus. I now drive an hour away so I can shop like a human being.

I don't shop there often because the prices are high. Just stopped in to pick up something for supper on my way home. The store is clean fruit/vegetables look fresh meat selection is decent. Staff are friendly.
