We went to visit the store, looking for a bed frame for our son. We were quickly welcomed by Sam who showed us some models along with customizable options available on locally made frames. We found a very good frame, which, after an easy home assembly, turned out to be very sturdy and well suited for our space. We also fell upon a new gaming chair we picked up as well. We were very satisfied with the price and the costumer service we received from Sam. We will go back again next time we need a bed frame or gaming chair. Thank you Sam! We purchased a King Size pine bed frame from Bella Home & Furniture and couldn't be more happier. The entire process was super easy from start to finish. We went to their warehouse location in Richmond. While the showroom wasn't big by any means, Sam, the person we talked to was able to show us what they have available online and the various options and colors for the stain on the wood. He said it would be made within 1 to 2 weeks and to our surprise, it was ready for delivery within 6 days. The delivery went smoothly and the bed was super easy to put together. I would definitely recommend Bella Home and Furniture if you are looking for bed frames.

Recently ordered a living room chair and had an excellent experience! The price was competitive and Sam was super helpful re-arranging the delivery date. The shipping was free and the delivery driver was also very friendly and efficient. Would recommend this store!

Bought two gaming chairs and asked for delivery. Because we lived not too far away at Lansdowne Road they waived our delivery fee, which normally cost $50. BIG THANKS! Wish you have more selections though....but the prices are fair (considering how much we know similar products sell at JD and Taobao :-P)

Mattress and service in GREAT quality!Just moved here and looking for furnitures. They expedited my delivery request to same day and the mattress arrived in proper wrapper and perfect condition. It’s directly delivered onto my bed frame and worked impressively boosting my sleep. 100% recommend!

I've ordered the futon in the mid July. Store said it was not in stock and if I place an order and pay for shipping right away they will order it for me and it will be there at the end of August or beginning of September. For some reason they wanted shipping e-transfered separately from futon payment.September passed, I contacted the store in October and finally futon made it to my home in the mid of October.Delivery driver was alone and dumped it on my door step in the snowy day. I was visibly 8 month pregnant but he would not even help to bring it inside. Box looked good and I signed the paper for him.After opening and unpacking pieces of futon smell of mold was horrible. Also there was damage to fabric on the corner and one arm didn't sit well on the side, the way it was built.I've contacted the store right away and send them pictures of damage. They try to blame the delivery company and opened the claim with them even after I said ( I have a proof in the e-mails back and forth with them) that box looked not damaged. Delivery company declined their claim I was informed of it after contacting the store few times.Once again I said that obviously it was not the delivery company and I didn't rip the corner myself and didn't built the futon that arm didn't attach properly and asked if they would be able to cover cost of repairs. No answer. Nothing back. Not an email, not a phone call.

We were looking for a wooden bed frame, XL length. Right from the moment we phoned Bella Home & Furniture, Sam was very helpful. We visited the store in Richmond to have a look and quickly placed our order. We bought a twin XL bed wood frame and chose from a selection of headboards, and wood stain colour. It was ready 5 days after we placed our order!Sam is outstanding in his customer service and very friendly! He even delivered to us on Labour Day to accommodate us - what more can I say, we will shop here again. Great product, great service!

We got a bed for my son here and the service was great. Buying furniture nowadays it’s hard when it comes to quality. However, we were pleasantly surprised. Bella home and furniture quality is great. The bed is sturdy and it was easy to assemble. We had ordered the wrong size mattress box and we had no problems exchanging it. We even bought the mattress here and WOW excelled quality as well.All around 5 star service!

I found Bella through a Kijiji posting. They had an ad for the gaming chair pictured. I had to go to the RIchmond Ikea so I figured it was worth the drive (I'm based in Olympic Village and don't own a car). I tried out their floor models and they said the best price they could do for their floor models is $180 + GST, or a new one $220 + GST. I opted for new because the floor model was missing the top pillow.I bring my new chair home in the box and begin assembling it. As I opened the plastic for the seat, I smelled the mold first before I saw it. The entire leather side was spotted with white mold spores. Then I see something moving on the fabric side... bugs crawling in the upholstery (pictures of both included). I quickly called back and they said I could exchange it.I drove back the next day, renting a car for the 2nd time now. I asked if I could take out the pillow of the moldy/buggy chair and take the floor model, they said no problem. So I ask to be given the difference in the original price, plus something for the drive, plus the negative experience of almost releasing who knows what bugs into my house, I asked if they would do $150+GST. Bella says, no we can only exchange and no refunds. We go back and forth but they don't budge. Nothing for taking the floor model. Nothing for driving (they offer free delivery). Nothing for being given a new" item covered in mold and bugs. Just a "Sorry
