The manager, a woman at this location is the worst one by far. Worst customer service. She’s horrible compared to the staff who are not even in the manager position. Never been back to this location since. She is a total Karen.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Some have a sharp wit and I get a chuckle sometimes.I just wish they would have a wider selection as this is a very small Beer Store.

Headed to the store store for my restock, as I usually do - and I read on Google it was open till 8.I got there, it was 6:05 and the doors were closed, a female staff came out and was extremely rude - she ignored me until I asked her if they were closed. All she did was point to the sign... there were like 4 signs with hours it was a bit confusing - and she walked away without saying a word.Either way, she could've been more polite while she walked away to her Acura.

I agree with a lot of the other reviews about the rudeness. It was one specific gentleman when I came in to return empties. They made the whole exchange complicated. Cans (including non alcohol ones)in one garbage bin but I have to count them (which was fine) but he demanded we organize our empties in another area because we weren't prepared"... We were just putting them in bins. White wine bottles have to be in a separate bin vs other colours.They don't collect beer bottles apparently. The girl who did the exchange was helpful and nice though. The same man was rude to other customers as well."

The female manager is EXTREMELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL with absolutely no sense of good customer service!.. Seems like she don't like her job and takes it out on the customers!... As a result most of the staff follows her bad example of leadership with the same unprofessional behavior... Currently speaking to corporate head office and I encourage anyone else who's had a similar bad experience to also contact corporate head office in an effort towards having a more professionally run establishment with better customer service.

It's the beer store... What makes it good or bad? I gave it 5 stars because they sell 2-4s during a pandemic. It's not the largest if that's worth anything..

Super small location, but it still has a good selection of the basic needs for drinks.Nice staff.The location is oddly dim and a long wait time when returning bottles but I don't usually see many staff on duty so.Definitely, need a new renovation just to have a cleaner up. Otherwise, it's just like any other beer store, pick up beer and drop of bottles.

Went to return empties, staff was very unhelpful. The process for returns, the carts and containers, need to be set up better. They were NOT sanitized from the last customers, no covid practices for carts or plastic containers. Now staff inside rude, unhelpful it seemed as though I was bothering them. The concrete walkway is very bumpy, better watch out that you don't drop the empties when wheeling the cart.

Lousy selection, always a line up for returns, challenging to drive in and out. Why do I have to drive so far to return the beer and wine empties of product purchases at the LCBO? Why, oh why, don't we just sell beer at grocery stores as is done so successfully in so many other jurisdictions in North America?

Bad attitude... there are always some new rules" in the store..and they can yell at the customers whenever they like.. maybe all BEER stores are the same?! Doug Ford is right to let more biz to sell the beer."
