My father has been a resident on Springbank unit for two years and I have nothing but praise for those working on that unit. I am a retired nurse, and therefore well versed in giving care, and I have had zero complaints. Working in LTC is a challenging career, and certainly there are bad apples in this industry, but thankfully I haven't encountered them on my dad's floor. The current Administrator is a kind and efficient person, which I think matters as a positive example for staff.

I just went in to visit my grandpa and seen that one of the workers were being harassed by management. I didn’t know if I should intervene or will they take out on my grandpa. I felt so disappointed on how they treat their own staff.

Thank you nurses and staff at Henley Place! The entire healthcare team here is very caring. I can’t speak to what the home was like previous to my mothers admission was like but I can assure all the staff is caring and the accommodations clean. I have the MOST difficult mother on this planet and yet they still maintain their care and professionalism. In addition, what a beautiful residence!!! Thank you Henley place staff and care team!!!❤️

Mom has been there for 2 years. Nice attentive staff, new building. Food is good. Lovely large Celebration room that families can book for special occasions.

My Grandfather has been in this home for many years and although he has been experiencing a decline in his health, this home has given him a very good quality of life since his admission. With many enjoyable programs from recreation and the loving interactions from nursing, we have had many memorable moments from this home. The home has also been a great front runner with making changes to the way they provide care. Since 2014 the changes to the appearance and approach from staff are very evident in the most positive way. Thank you Henley Place!

We recently had to make a hard decision to move our family member into long-term care. With the guidance ,compassion ,and professional expertise of the attentive staff our journey was made so much easier. They have gone far above and beyond any expectations that we had. What a beautiful start to this new chapter. I can't thank the sraff enough for all the care and support and extra attention to make this transition easier. Thank you. Xo
