Paul the store manager is very knowledgeable about orthodontics and proper footwear! He is more than just a shoe sales man. He really cares! Great shopping experience!

Worst customer service the name is walking on a cloud but the shoes are not comfy at all. i bought these sandals and hurting my feet and couldn’t return it . Never going to shop there again.

Manager at Mapleview mall is rude.I tried to do my Christmas shopping earlier this year. Bought my mom a pair of shoes for Christmas. They didn’t fit and she didn’t like them so I took them back Jan 2,2023. Only to be told no refund after 14 days. So now I have to buy a pair of shoes that cost the exact amount. I can’t buy something that she likes for less and get the shoes and money NO I have to spend the exact $209.00but they are hoping I’ll spend over that so I have to pay more. You are a Canadian company and you would think being in a mall FULL of shoes stores you would want happy customers. My mom is 87 and getting her out is difficult. I traveled over an hour to go to YOUR store and this is how you treat people. Your no returns after 14 days during Christmas season is ridiculous. But you know that and you just found a way around it to keep peoples money once they pay you. I will NEVER shop with you again. There are too many stores that have great customer service. I don’t need to spend my hard earned money on a a company with no compassion and policies that have the “gotcha” mentality.

The shoe I liked was on shelf for demo. Fortunately it was right size. Firstly I was not given any discount because of that.well I did not mind. I took the shoe home and worn it in house. After 2 hours I realized I wish it was a bigger size. Next day I went for a return. The 65 years young lady told me that the shoes have been used. I told her that shoe was a demo shoe when I bought it. Besides yesterday I asked you specifically that I am going to try it in house if that was not comfortable can I return and you said yes. Now she doesn't even remember me. Customer alert. Be aware.

Have had good service in store before but they often need to order in stock to get your size. I bought some shoes for my wife online and was surprised when I could not return them in store. They also make the customer pay for return shipping even during COVID and potentially also charging for restocking. As stated by another customer none of this is mentioned prior to checkout.

loved the customer service at this location, I was serviced by Paul and he knew everything there is to know about shoes. He was very patient and helped me find the right shoe for my foot. I have wide feet, it's hard to find a good sandal for them and I left the store with 2 very comfortable pairs of sandals. Thank you Paul.

$10 premium compared to offucu online site and a smaller independent store... wish I had known

The staff there with Paul the manager are so pleasant and helpful. Paul found the perfect shoes for my wife's arthritic feet. He has outfitted me with shoes that relieve my back problems. Worth every cent we spend there. I will never go cheap on footwear again!

Yes, I concur with several other reviewers who had bad experiences with very rude staff, and not being allowed to return shoes bought from their online store. Ashley Shoes was the same. They need a course on customer relations.
