Western Star All Suites Hotel Carnduff

We had heard some poor reviews from last year, however the place is under new management. The rooms are extremely spacious, and the manager Teo was fantastic! Friendly, accommodating and professional. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!!!

This was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed in! If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd opt for! The soffit is missing, in the arrival area, so pigeons greet you, and not in a good way! The doors don't work electronically, the lobby smells like something died there (no exaggeration), the counter staff is a rude man who really doesn't care if you stay or go, the dishwasher has moldy water in it, the cabinet is falling off the wall, and the list goes on and on..... Never again!! This is a very bad example of this hotel chain!! I want a credit!!

Clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice place to stay for a few days.

Decent room. It was clean.The window HVAC unit was loud.I had to wait at the front desk for 10 minutes to check in as there is nobody there and you phone the guy to get him to come from home or wherever.The front door doesn’t closeEven with the do not disturb sign on the door the staff was pounding on my door repeatedly. I worked for 23 hours and crashed at 8am they rudely woke me after 3 hours instead of just billing another day and leaving me alone… No people skills. I was so mad I couldn’t fall back asleep so I left.If you’re in nowhere south east Saskatchewan I doubt you’re going to find much better than this but it’s not great. I am happy my company paid for the room and not me.

Possibly the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Manager definitely does not want people in the hotel, gets paid no matter what. Lobby smells like death. No breakfast offered then gets mad when you ask about it.

It's a great place to stay in a pinch, or if you need consecutive days. The front deak service is good. Bring your food, though. The breakfast is non-existent. The location is a bit out of the way. Bathrooms are clean, but the shower heads are old and not very good. Wifi is okay. All around a decent place, nothing awful, nothing exceptional either

Room was nice. EVERYTHING else is very poor. AWFUL smell right when you walk in. Got in trouble for checking in past 10pm. Breakfast is terrible. Food stayed out till 9 pm night before, but we were told that it was complimentary" so it shouldn't matter. Front doors don't work and were open all night so pigeons actually are in the entrance. I will be surprised if this place is still open in 12 months.Too bad I think this would be a nice hotel if ownership cared

Staff was very accommodating on when breakfast would be ready and allowed for late checkout too.A good option in the area.

Great ship but host by someone who don’t even know what hotel ment for other, they charged me 149$ for dirtiest place I ever stay. Food inspector need to come and see how many months the breakfast is sitting out.would never stay here again.I bet motel @this n that would be the best place to stay
