Rohit homes is our very first home and we love it. We fell in love with their designs and style that they put into each home they build. It is more of contemporary, modern and classy feel. The colors they use are also beautiful. The team at Rohit are very friendly and approachable. They give you advise on how to maintain the house as well. The staff, from the sales person to the trades are friendly. We must mention the names of @Shawn Chaudhry and @Fadi Georgi all of whom were super nice. Shawn is a very friendly person and also explained everything very nicely. Shawn has always been very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend Rohit homes. Thank you guys for our first home and that too in one of the best communities!

Our house was built only 3 years and the siding already start to come off. We called Rohit to receive an answer that they can’t do anything and we have to deal with it by ourselves. We called a contractor to come to fix it and they told us that the siding was fault installed and the whole wall gonna come off just the matter of time. I am very disappointed with their building quality.

We made it to a year with our beautiful home with Rohit. It has been a very amazing experience. We just did our one year walk through with Shawn and he is an amazing person to talk to and give you pro tips on maintenance. He was very thorough with the walk through. We really appreciate every Rohit team member who helped us build our home. One person I also would like to thank in this review is Zaina. I have had a very open and honest interaction with all Rohit staff whom I have dealt with. Most notably with Shayla who has been very responsive and quick to my questions and requests respectively. Like any business you deal with there will be certain items you may feel need a bit more attention than they have set up already and this is on a personal level. They have shown me that they will take that extra step in customer care beyond just an acknowledgement in conversation but intentional follow up. We brought our house from Rohit in 2021, I must say special thanks to two people Fadi Georgi and Megan they both were very helpful went above and beyond with there customers service.Secondly I am well impressed with Shawn he would listen to all our problem and give us excellent solution, very knowledgeable and resourceful.Overall very happy with my decision to buy house from Rohit and will definitely want my friend do same

Shawn had a positive attitude addressing home maintenance and follow ups on home warranty. He'd go as far as telling me his recommendations on how to approach some wear and tear items as well as recommending quality vendors that provide better materials. Overall a very satisfying person to deal with.

I wanted to share my concerns about the quality of service I have received from Rohit communities . I have had multiple issues with the quality of work, communication, and timeliness of service, and it has caused me significant stress.Firstly, I was promised my house possession for a certain date, but the date was not met. This caused me a great deal of inconvenience and stress. Additionally, I have had two no-shows for my door fixture, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the product used is of poor quality. They accepted that the material they are using is not a real baseboard material. I believe that want to save their money everywhere by giving buyers cheap quality products.I talked to a sales manger regarding my possession date but he was very confident not accepting their fault and putting blames on buyers.My door issue persisted again and I have emailed them 3-4 times now but I think they don’t care unill I am bringing this to the court now.I told them about a wider crack in my garage but of course they don’t care anymore because the house is already been sold.Secondly, I am very unhappy with the customer service that I have received from the company. When I have tried to reach out with my concerns, I have been met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. This is not the kind of service that I expected from ROHIT COMMUNITIES. I was promised satisfaction and commitment, but I have received neither.I realize now that it was a mistake and I regret the decision buying house from Rohit communities. As a first time home buyer all my dreams swept away.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Daphne was a pleasure to work with. As first time home-buyers the process couldn't be smoother. She was knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly, and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. In addition to providing all the info needed regarding the home, she also made lots of super useful recommendations in terms getting our new home setup. If and when I'm ready to get another property, Rohit will be first on my list.

The building process was easy with Rohit. The most important thing to me has been the customer support after we took possession. They have been great to come and take care of any issues that we noticed or brought up during the 3 month and 1 year walk throughs. They stand behind their product and service so I would have no problem recommending them to a friend.

We got home and rental properties from Rohit in the past 3 years. For the price we paid, the house quality and material usage are over market average. The highlight would be the warranties and customer services. Being honest, nothing could be perfect for the first time, especially for new-built homes. But the after-purchase services Rohit provided to me were in the perfect level. The warranty superintendent Shawn put himself in my (a client’s) position to help me arrange trades and eliminated all my existing and even potential concerns throughout the whole process from possession to the following 3-month and 1-year walkthroughs. The call centre specialist Shayla worked closely with me and Shawn to make sure everything being done professionally and efficiently. They seriously treat client’s best interests as their first priority. Definitely deserve a super five star!I’ve recommended some friend purchasing with Rohit.
