I don't like anything about it, you claim there is no housing in Pickering yet we have foreigners coming who will receive free housing for a year and many other benefits. That me a Canadian can't get and been here. I have nothing against Canada accepting people but take care of your own backyard first

There are 3 sets of rules (1) for ppl that pay market value (2) for ppl that are subsidiary (3) for ppl that are nuts. For ppl that pay market value can do what ever they want to, ppl that are on fixed incomes just keep the rent coming & shut up. For ppl that are nuts shouldn't be living in a FAMILY SETTING they get away with murder if anyone ever acted like that DRNPH would & will evict you.

It be nice if they at least kept you updated every second month or so. feels like my disabled child that needs accessible housing and my other children and wife are being kept in limbo...appreciate their help though.....

It'd be nice if on subsidy, to watch ALL, just not some, on the ones claiming single parents but have full time working live in boyfriends. Treat all the same as its not the case here

Graffiti on the complex walls, rats running the streets, infesting the homes and cars. The management rarely does the repairs necessary to fix a work order problem. The people who live in this complex, orchard valley, are treated poorly.

You should temporarily allow small non permanent structures such as trampolines and swings for children during lock down. Just to be removed when parks open back up. No water structures. Just swingsets and trampolines things like that. Sign a contract, take a deposit with interested parents for damages to grass etc. Let them play.
