What a gem of a place. First time I ever stepped into a ReStore location and I could not believe the amazing furniture available at such unbeatable prices. My wife and I now have a kitchen table and two matching nightstands (pictured) for the bedroom.Anyone who has recently moved or are looking to redecorate your living space, definitely give this place a shot! I only wish our house was bigger to fit some of the gorgeous cabinets they have on display.

Store manager ming or watever his name is exteremly rude holly we need to stop donating and purchesing from these clowns. In the name of charity theyre ripping ppl stealing from people.

At time you get good items to buy

It's hard to give a store for a good cause a low rating, but the prices are ridiculously high. The pricing is at retail or sometimes even above. Rarely some items are below retail.And to the management, please don't bother replying with a long winded responses that your operating costs are too high forcing you to price items higher. You are actually validating that your pricing is high.

They have 12 ft Christmas tree and it is beautiful and looks new. Big stores donate their stuff to here like Home Depot and Winners. So some of the items are new.

I once donated some construction materials that they took and it never made it to the floor for retail. They kept it for it for themselves. If they're doing that I wonder what other good stuff the employees take for themselves.

I purchased a gazebo in the fall of 2022 from this location. There was a sign on it indicating all parts were included. I took it home and stored it until spring 2023 (6 months) started putting it together and realized it was missing major components as well as the hardware. I went back to the store and spoke with the manager who insisted it was a warranty issue and I advised it had nothing to do with the warranty as it was parts missing. Now I have to contact Lowe’s and spend additional money purchasing the parts that were missing. I was very disappointed that nothing was done to help me and the manager was uncooperative in resolving the issue. Be careful purchasing items here! I’ll never be back.

I went to the ReStore yesterday. I tried to make an exchange but it was outside the return policy and the cashier referred me to the assistant manager. The assistant manager said that an exception could not be made so I let it go and continued to browse the store. The assistant manager then followed me around the entire store while I was there. Wherever I went, she followed because she assumed I would steal the shirt I wanted to exchange in the right size (I picked up the shirt in the correct size as I decided to just re-buy it). It felt racially motivated because I am a visible minority and I am appalled to see this kind of behaviour. It was a terrible experience and hope that no one else has to deal with this horrible and presumptuous assistant manager.
