Guy working on sunday at 4pm . very frstuated from work not welcoming

Once dayshift and the manager leaves, this place crumbles. A couple weeks ago I went in during the evening when 13 people were in line. One staff was on cash and the other two were wandering around not looking to be doing anything meaningful. Myself and two others left before buying anything. I wish the manager/owner would work beyond 5pm to show his staff how the store should be properly run when he isn't around.

I went to buy a lottery ticket at the 7-11 located at 234 Pendygrasse Rd, Saskatoon, SK S7M 5A4. They had refused to sell me and my mom a lottery ticket when we had let them know we had our ID. Their reasoning was that we were going to buy it for my cousin who didn’t have her ID but she excepted they wouldn’t sell it to her and left, they refused to sell it to us because of that even tho I came in the store way before my mom and cousin and didn’t even know what was going on

So this is a fact, Many workers here are Very Rude and are in serious Need of customer service training. And I will only share one incident (there were several others). I was waiting in line, and the woman ahead in line, got greeted with a smile, and had her items bagged by the cashier. I'm next, I get the same cashier, he held the bag open with one hand, while staring at my broken arm, not even a smile, as I bagged the items myself. If anyone else has had incident, I encourage you to share.P.S. Many of them also have no clue about the promotions that go on, and even WITH the advertisement right in store, they deny it or sometimes say the promotion is done. Yet, I know people who have gone there for the promotion, and the advertisement is still posted in the store, and including on the 711 website.

Morning after morning the man at till will try to overcharge you on the 3 for 7 energy drinks when you put in your 7-11 rewards number. He does not complete the transaction properly and will tell you it costs more now. Just go to a different location. Don't have your money stolen

I've never had bad experience at this store my son and I go regularly for slurpees and they have not over charged us and we friendly and polite.. great service

Manager is a absolute sad example for customer service. I ordered through 7NOW App and explained that nobody has confirmed my order and he immediately started cutting me off and getting hostile with me. I am not the creator of this app, I’m simply a customer trying to figure out where my money went. He proceeded to tell me to call 7NOW customer service (which I did prior to calling the store) and as I explained it doesn’t work in Canada because it automatically hangs up on you he told me “that’s not my problem”. I will never recommend this location to anybody. This is one of many issues I’ve experienced at this location and this is the final time. People like this should NEVER work in retail. I’ve worked retail for 10+ years, and never has it been okay to disrespect customers like that.

literally so upset right now, i went into 7/11 at 12:20 ish and i asked for nacho cheese for my nachos. i get home to find out they secretly hid chilli sauce for HOTDOGS under the nacho cheese. very very VERY upset about this..

Just plain rude, awful customer service tonight. The till worker wouldn’t let me order anything or take my rewards tag, just scanned my one item I had from the floor and then instantly punched it into the debit machine. I guess you don’t take cash or want people to buy anything else? Never had a store less willing to take my money.I bet the manager would be thrilled that you’re not trying to up-sell or even sell anything period.

Has good prices on items. Has a really messy store. All the time it's super dirty and not clean. Floors are super sticky and the slushie stand is always in chaos. The cigarette stand is almost about to fall off and the food stands are dirty and barely clean. This store needs a makeover pronto. The workers barely know what customer service is, though I gotta give it to them, it is a sketchy neighbourhood and it must sometimes be scary to work late at night. Other than that it's a 7 eleven.
