I appreciated Stephen’s gentle manner, I never felt pressured into any decision, and he was more than happy to take the time to educate me about water softener needs in this area. We did decide to purchase from Steve, and his manner was professional, timely and thorough. Thank goodness for soft water in the Okanagan! No more dry skin and hair, my laundry is cleaner, and I’m looking forward to no more damage to our plumbing fixtures and pipes because of hard water corrosion! Thank you Steve!

Can't say enough good things about this guy. I've been doing a full gut job reno on my house and have had so many challenges finding good help. Stephen came out to test our water on the same day I called (last September). Based on the test he recommended a unit, but we were in the middle of renovations. We just had it installed and he honored last years' quote. Now we have beautiful, soft water. Professional service; quick and efficient!

We were having problems with stinky hot water and yellow staining, Stephen offered a solution that hit the nail on the head. No more gross water! Stephen is very knowledgeable, concise and punctual. In 2014 I purchased my home in beautiful Joe rich, I was aware the well water wasn’t potable but I was young and figured it wasn’t going to be that big of a deal. I was sadly mistaken. For nearly 10 years I have battled with the iron stains, and build up from heavy minerals, wasted thousands of dollars on “treatments” and harsh chemicals… spent more money on sheets and towels then should be humanly possible… constantly changing faucets and toilets, my dishes were never sparkling and I haven’t worn white clothes for years… basically it burned your mouth to brush your teeth with it… I reached out to the regional district a few times hoping to be able to remortgage my house and pay to get onto a service down the road, I’ve hauled water, collected rain water, etc.One evening in my late night desperate researching, I came across Stephen Sailers website, it was well written and charismatic, similar to the man who responded back to my email… Stephen was very responsive (something you don’t always get these days.) and he promised he would work with me until we found a solution! I was reluctant to sink more money into the pit that is my Well water situation. Stephen told me “no water is unfixable.” So I pulled the trigger.
