Hurt my back in 2018 (discal hernia).. During the summer of 2022 it went to a point where everything was hurting below the belt.Dimitri has a way of explaining stuff in a very visual way. Makes you understand the problem so that you can apply the solution directly and efficiently.With his help, I was able to become autonomous in my healing process. Changing my bad habits, turning them into good habits. Providing targeted exercises that reduced the pain by 85-90%. And all that in just a few appointments.I'm on the path to full recovery. The last stretch will take a bit more work. I'm confident I will reach that goal with the tools he gave me.Thank you Dimitri for sharing your knowledge and for helping me fix my back.

Thank you so much to Dimitri for helping me with my back shifts. When I was 20 years old, it would take a month to heal from these back shifts. When I was 40 years old, it was many more months. I am so thankful that the last time I had a back shift last week, I was feeling so much better after a few days, and then almost back to normal after a week! I had no idea this was possible. The McKenzie method really is remarkable, and I needed some specific help for my situation that went beyond the “Heal Your Back” book by McKenzie. Finally a physio that puts in the work. I got used to physio sessions where they just charge you to get your muscles shocked by a machine for 30 mins. But Eric-Olivier has been the best physio I have had so far, he was able to advise clearly on how to get rid of a nagging back and knee pain that had been present for almost a decade. Of course to completely get rid of it you gotta do the homework" stretches and whatnot. Excellent all around."

I had a pinched nerve in my lower back that was causing me a lot of pain and preventing me from working. Using the excercises of MDT I was able to recover significantly and now I have no more pain. I highly recommend Eric-Olivier Sirois for his overall professionalism and comprehensive approach to evaluating the root cause of my low back pain. He carefully listened to my experience/symptoms and made sure to answer all of my questions. As a rehabilitation professional myself, I value the way that he explained his clinical reasoning process throughout each step. 2 months ago my left knee and thigh were damaged causing one of my muscles groups to burst. Expertise Physio did an outstanding job of helping me get back in shape. My therapist Dimitri not only helped me to regain full mobility but he helped me set up a program allowing me to monitor the condition of my muscles in my thigh and to stay in shape in the future to come. Dimitri asked me about my current life-style and available time during each week and gave me exercises that fit with my busy schedule. He was also very flexible for appointments especially in the evening which was of great help to me.I highly recommend them for their professionalism, honesty and expertise for anyone in need of an excellent physio therapist.

Great experience, I’ve been treated on several occasions, for backpain, shoulders and neck pain. Dimitri is a very knowledgeable physiotherapist, who has found the core of each issue rapidly and has progressed my treatment in perfect adjustment with my body’s reactions, fully reversing the bad condition back to its functional state. Dimitri treated my teenage son as well, for various sports related injuries, to a full recovery. Fully recommend!
