FRAUD - DO NOT BUYOrdered a bouquet from their website for our engagement. Store was closed at the confirm pick up time with nobody picking up our phone calls. Did not get our order, credit card was charged and can not get hold of this store till now. Fake business, do not order.

My boyfriend ordered a bouquet of flowers for me on Valentine's day from this shop! The arrangement was very nice and presentation was beautiful. However, the flowers were pretty pricey (for what we got) and we were disappointed in the quality of the flowers. There were only a few flowers in the bouquet and the flowers were already old/wilting. The photo attached is how I got them on the day he ordered & got it delivered on Doordash. Not fresh at all and they had a weird smell to them as well. Later, I found that one of the flowers had mold. I am not sure if we just got a bad batch since I've seen other beautiful photos from here but we are displeased nonetheless.
