Miracle Man!!! My Acer Switch Alpha just stopped working right after the warranty ended and I thought I was going to have to buy a new tablet. BUT, I decided to call Ariatech Computers to see if there was any way to save it. Fareid diagnosed it and discovered that the hard drive had died. Being that it was a touchscreen tablet, he warned me that it may not work out as he would have to remove the screen. He also reassured me that he has experience in these types of repairs and it was worth a try. SURE ENOUGH, I got a call a few hours later with the good news. He was not only able to safely remove the screen, he was also able to locate a replacement SSD drive that was compatible with my computer. Amazing! I am so happy with the level of communication and service that I absolutely recommend the services offered by Ariatech Computers in Cambridge.

I wouldn’t recommend this service anybody else. Why?1. 942 Strasbourg rd. - this house in residential area. To give my laptop for repair I had to stay on the porch and filled a paper with data.2. My laptop was dead and no power, no charge. It was obvious. I asked to do basic diagnostic and in a day after I got it: ”your computer is dead and no power, no charging”. It’s ridiculous, isn’t?I spent my time for nothing. I have never seen a such not competent and not professional approach to the business.Then I applied for the diagnostic to SimplyFixIt company in Waterloo and they did detailed one for free.

I called Fareid on a Saturday and he arrived at my home to pick up my computer within the hour and he returned it in 2 days all ready to go. He went above and beyond to hook it back up and made sure everything was working again. His price was extremely reasonable and he was very pleasant to deal with. I don't hesitate for a minute to highly recommend Fareid from AriaTech Computers for all your computer needs.

Awesome and best customer service and also So polite. I just needed a Lenovo laptop charger and they gave me the actual Lenovo charger in very cheap rate. I liked and will definitely recommend everyone.
