Been serviced by McTavish Travels for over 24 years. Suddenly over the past two months things have changed. I get no response for over 5 hours on the telephone even though I am number one in the quene, no emails or online message returned. Are you functioning anymore? I can’t thank Carmelina enough for all her help with planning my trip. From figuring out what type of trip, where to go, everything I needed to have/pack & even details for a last minute flight.I ended up going to the Philippines where I had the chance to stay in Manila, La Union & Palawan. The differences between each place were unbelievable. Manila is very modern, & clean & I felt very safe. La Union has a cute surfing town San Juan that has a great beach, cute shops & lots of restaurants. Palawan was breathe taking for its natural beauty, from the beautiful big green mountains to the clearest blue water. The tours we went on were great & so were the tour guides! Overall, it was everything I could have asked for. I will make sure to always book with Carmelina for my next trips!

McTavish has been a real help in planning vacations with multiple stops in different countries. It would have been a nightmare to do it all myself online - multiple airlines making difficult connections.McTavish was very responsive in helping getting COVID related cancellation refunds and sudden changes in itinerary. My husband and I recently came back from a perfectly planned and organized tour of Italy. Every day went smoothly - the hotels were excellent, tours were well paced and transitioning from one city to another went exactly as planned. Carmelina did such a wonderful job, her time and efforts ensured that we had the best experience possible. We can’t wait to travel again, with Carmelina at helm, of course!
