Steve has been extremely helpful to our family - being new pool owners we really trust Steve as he has pretty much held our hand through the process even through our mistakes. Steve makes a point to call us after work is done and explains any issues he may have found.Its extremely easy to get a hold of Steve's with Angie working the phones, scheduling and other. Through experience (particularly in this geographical area) a lot of service providers are one person shops and its hard for the owner/manager to return customer calls. I really appreciate having someone I can communicate with (even if its just to pay my invoice).Highly recommend Steve's.
