Legacy Equipment has a great selection of equipment solutions to fit most construction requirements. The team is always knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Poor customer handling. Won't rentequipment without a credit app which takes days to process. Who has time to wait several days for a credit app to be processed. Equipment rentals are made to be convenient, backwards process they have.

Not sure how long this company has been in business, but if they keep up the exceptional customer service it will surely be for decades or even centuries!My hubby recently dropped off our skid steer to have the tracks replaced. I do not know how my husband found this company, whether it was a referral or he just found it via Google, but we are very happy we took our business here. The skid steer was ready for pick up quite fast and the bill was very reasonable. The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful too.The only negative was their limited hours. Once our machine was ready to go, my husband was back to work after having a few days off and couldn't get to Legacy prior to them closing. However, no big deal! I called them up to see if I were to come pick up our skid steer If someone could help with loading it onto our flat deck. Although I often use the machine myself, I wasn't comfortable loading it. They said it wasn't a problem and to come on in and they would help me with it. Right from walking in the door and paying at the front counter to Brody helping with loading and chaining it down, I received the most professional service with a smile & was on my way home in no time. Whenever we need the services that Legacy provides again, they will be our first stop each and every time!!!! They should be yours too! The staff sure seem to enjoy their jobs and I would hope that with the excellent service we received their employee's are treated well by the owner because they sure seem happy and provide great service.

Company vehicle decides to park in my reserved parking spot by whyte Ave (Saskatchewan drive area) parking is extremely limited and I had no where to park. Called the company and he said he’ll send out a group text for someone to move it. Waited about 20 minutes, truck still there and no update. If there service is anything like there common sense or communication probably wouldn’t recommend there service
