Ideal Protein Kitsilano

I began seeing Neda at Ideal Protein Kitsilano when my sister in law recommended her. She is just what I need for motivation, and she believed in me 100% (more than I did myself!). I found her very encouraging, and I looked forward to seeing her every week. I never would have thought I could have lost the weight I did, back to high school weight in my mid-50's, amazing. I've referred a ton of people to Neda, she's the best and I still love checking in with her. The support you get from Ideal Protein is phenomenal, I can't believe I wasted so many years on WW...really, just do IP and get it done, it just works!

I was always skeptical of the diet programs out there and had tried a few without much luck. I finally decided to give Ideal Protein a try after seeing a couple of friends achieving great results with it. I started my journey about 2 years ago with Neda McLaren and was impressed and surprised by the results. I lost about 21-22lbs in 3-4 months and was able to maintain the weight for a long time after. My other friend who started the program with me also lost about 20 lbs.Yes, the program is effective as long as you follow the protocols but I owe much of my success to Neda. She is knowledgeable, calm and super supportive. I don't know how exactly she does it but she really motivates you to push for your goals. I gained a few pounds after she left for maternity leave but now that she is back I am back on the program as well. I know I am in good hands :)
