Love Yoga in Bowness! I look forward to Nellie's warm welcome at the door and the space is just so warm, cozy and relaxing. I last took a Baby & Me Yoga class and was so appreciative of the kind and patient instructors and super chill vibes.

I have been a regular practitioner at Yoga in Bowness for the last few years. If you are looking for a studio where you can come as you are, this is it. You can wear whatever feels good, all body types and any level of yoga experience is welcomed. There is great variety in the types of classes offered and the teachers are all incredible- they will suggest lots of modifications in classes and make a genuine effort to connect with students (both online and in-studio). YiB has been a cornerstone in my own self-care and has brought so much to my life, it has become a community and I am infinitely grateful!

Cool space, very friendly staff. Only been to one class so far, but the instructor was great. Prices not too bad. All in all, definitely recommend.

This was my first ever yoga class. I was made very welcome and comfortable. Christine checked in with me throughout. It pushed me, but not past what I was able to do. I enjoyed it and I will be back.

Every time I go, I remind myself I need to make it out more often. It's a friendly, appealing environment, and I'm always impressed by the very high quality of the instructors.

I got the new members pass a couple weeks ago and have attended 7 classes and they have all been great. The studio space is very calming, the classes are a nice size and everyone has been very friendly. I attended two classes virtually and while it wasn't as nice as being in the studio it is great to have that option when I can't make it to the studio.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Yoga in Bowness offered online classes. Many of their regular teachers led classes from their homes. In addition, there was another staff to control who entered into the session. Overall, it was a calm and safe experience. I would consider going to their studio in person once the pandemic is over.

I've been going to YIB for almost 4 years now. The instructors are great, the variety of classes keeps things interesting, prices very competitive, and it's a very welcoming studio for people of all ages and experience levels. I'd recommend it to anyone. It's more than a yoga studio, if you go for a while it really feels like a community.

Yoga in Bowness has been an amazing experience, especially for someone just beginning their yoga practice. The instructors are very knowledgeable and accommodating. The variety of both registered and drop in classes is astounding, and quite affordable. A great location in an amazing community with no pretentious attitudes. There is definitely something for everyone here.
