HiVE Vancouver Coworking

Well I cannot praise this place enough. The management is fantastic, the space is friendly and creative. I just love working here. The expansion is going to be awesome and expose us to even more new people to get to know. They are often having work nights and making the space even more beautiful and always trying new things and initiatives. The companies and organization who work here are so interesting and I've learned so much about Vancouver and the world. This is the best type of office to be in and I've met so many fantastic, like-minded people and friends. The events are super fun and well organized and this feels like a home away from home, put also a productive space to work and collaborate. Highly recommended!

Great place to work as there people are very friendly from the Anna the manager and desk bee's to the other people working there. Nice quiet place, with good socials! you'll make friends for life here! :)Thanks very much!

I have been a hot desk member for almost a year now. Great space for freelancers, designers and social impact businesses. I really like the community-centered approach here with Thursday drinks and lunch & learns.

I've been in a lot of Vancouver's co-working spaces and I always really love the atmosphere here. Very collaborative, friendly, progressive, and inspirational. Nice amenities and meeting spaces. They also host a lot of community events and meet ups.

I've run my sole-proprietorship here for almost 3 years now, and have built a great network. I've learned a lot, hired members, and have been hired by members.The location and facilities are great, but the community is what's really important.

This is a great space for anyone who is self-employed. Staff are always friendly and there is a great sense of community. They have a variety of options for memberships including temporary/drop in hot desks and then long-term options where you can rent office space from them. They have a number of board rooms, strong wifi, full service kitchen / coffee area, printing, shredding, and they organize social events for members. Their price point is affordable for the market compared to other coworking spaces in Vancouver.

Awesome co-working space with a super-friendly staff. It's pretty large, with two dedicated desk areas and a decent amount of tables for hot desks. There's a couple good food choices and coffee shops nearby too. Definitely worth checking out if you want a place to work.

This co-working is awesome. When I was looking for Co-Working spaces in the city it has the best location, close to everything downtown. The thing that really sold me was the boardrooms, it was a great space to bring clients into. Couldn't be happier with Melissa and the staff, they've always looked after me really well. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a downtown base of operations at a ridiculously reasonable rate. Been here for a year and thought it was time to let them know how much I appreciate them!

Love this co-working space! I use the hot desks for hybrid work, then the meeting rooms when I need a focused space or meet with my clients in person. It's right in gastown and a quick walk from the skytrain so the location works well for my commute too. The people and the space are also really welcoming so you'll feel at home quickly!It's also quite unique from the rest since it's non-profit and focuses on social impact which aligns well with my own business. I highly recommend this space to entrepreneurs and creatives.

Today I was rudely interrupted by an employee in the middle of a call with a senior advisor in my firm to inform me I could not take calls in the totally empty space I was sitting in. Now why might that be? They also have terrible furniture that is about to fall apart, don’t answer the buzzer, leaving you locked out and a vulnerable target on Hastings Street until someone shows up (usually late) to man the “desk bee” position. This place is not an effective alternative to an office and isn’t very clean. Better off elsewhere.
