Had a great haircut with Frank. I will definitely go back.....

Very Dissatisfied!Upon reading up on Hair sensations in Brighton I felt confident that this was going to be a great place to get my hair done, by Frank. After leaving I know I will never go back!When Frank showed me the length he was going to cut my hair, I thought it was going to be much longer. I also did not get even close to the style I wanted. Which is clearly shown in the photo's below (red haired girl is the photo I took in). I am just shocked. I hate my hair right now. After washing and styling it myself I can see that I only have 1 layer in my hair, the back is shorter than the front and there is really no style to it! I have never been this dissatisfied with a hair dresser before in my life. My mom also accompanied me and had her hair cut by Frank, he kept the length for her but her layers are uneven and she does not have enough layers either which is causing her hair to hang heavy and it is not curling the way it usually does for her. It's as if half of her hair was left untouched and he did nothing in the front of her head.Thank you for reading, I know it was a longer review!

A great place to get a good haircut. Unrushed service and great staff. Frank always does an excellent job cutting my hair, and if you go early enough, you may even get a free coffee!

Frank always does a great job with my hair, I've been getting my haircut by him for the past 5 or 6 years and have no intentions on switching barbers, great place with style. They always offer food and drink and treat you well there, I'm going to keep coming back.

If you're getting your hair done by Rochelle, you won't be disappointed! She's amazing and listens to what you like done! I loved my hair after she colored it.Unfortunately the last time I went in Rochelle was on mat leave so another lady did my hair who has done it once before. I should have waited but I figured she would listen to me this time.. apparently not. I left Hair Sensations crying for the second time this lady has touched my hair. I asked for blonde, caramel & chocolate brown highlights, easy enough.. I left with a few streaks of blonde and a mixture of brown, no chocolate brown in sight.. Dawn told me I'll notice the color after a few washes? ... and a simple trim of the split ends off turns into a hack job. My hair has been layered since I was in high school and she cut straight areas. It doesn't look right when it's all down. She couldn't even straighten my hair - I had to put it up with bobby pins because asking for straight hair is too much to ask for.The ONLY time I'll go back to this place is when Rochelle is back. Otherwise I have been looking for a new hairdresser!

Amazing little salon! The team there is so welcoming and wonderful! Rochelle is an amazing stylist. I will recommend her over and over again! You won't be dissapointed!

Great place to get your hair cut! I brought in a photo of the style i wanted and he got it spot on! Don't think i'll ever go anywhere else!
