In Feb/March 2023, I started looking for a Toyota Highlander in the Regina and surrounding area. This is when I came across the website for the Moose Jaw Toyota dealership.I made some online enquiries regarding a couple of Toyota Highlanders in their inventory and this was when I spoke to a salesman named Emerson. We chatted at length about the vehicles and Emerson was able to answer all of my questions. Even though I was from Regina, Emerson invited me to come see the vehicle at the Moose Jaw Toyota Dealership.A few days later, I drove to the MJ dealership ..... and I love this place. It’s probably the best Toyota Dealership in the province of Sask. Very comfortable, great lighting, modern design and just a great space overall.I was greeted by Emerson at the door and he was amazing. Super friendly, laid back yet very professional attitude. This specifically made me feel welcomed and comfortable while looking at a potential vehicle to buy. Through some good luck, I was able to purchase a brand new 2023 Highlander from the Moose Jaw Toyota Dealership. Emerson made my buying experience a smooth and fun interaction. He was committed to great service, he provided accurate information and product knowledge. Most importantly, Emerson demonstrated superior customer service from start to finish. He made me feel confident in the my choice of vehicle and it immediately took away the anxiety of potentially buying the “wrong” vehicle.He has such a passion for his job that it translated pure excellence in his customer service. He uses a professional, respectful, knowledge based style and an “easy going” sales approach. Well done Taylor Automotive Group- for hiring this remarkable staff member.I did get to meet other team members and they were as friendly, upbeat and professional as Emerson.Jaffery (Business Manager) demonstrated excellent communication and listening skills during our two meetings. Sometimes, buyers can feel uneasy or anxious" when dealing with the business part of a vehicle purchase. Had very bad experience… We went to this location from manitoba to buy a car, was used Toyota corolla 2023. They mentioned online 481 km driven but they drove it over 1100km. A guy Mr.Emerson ( sales person) lied to us he mentioned price on phone 46000 but in front of his manager he said I didn’t gave you 46000, We will charge you same price showing online. He said on phone this car was brought by a Chinese client and he returned it because he moved to BC but when we reached there he told it was brought by my colleague and he returned it because he had an emergency situation and went back to Philippines. He mentioned a minor done by previous owner when we reached at dealership and there was a minor scratch on the rear left side door and we repainted the door and scratch was superficial but manager mentioned that we replaced a large part of the door. And they claimed over $4100 CAD to SGI. Will never trust these people, specially the sales person dealing with me. They are not worthing 1 star even.

Excellent experience! Honest, friendly, and genuine staff. None of the typical dealership grandstanding, or high pressure sales tactics. I left feeling happy about my purchase, not upset because a sales person tried to sell me something I didn't want. These guys really are a cut above the rest. I'm not from Moose Jaw, but I'll be back because of the quality of service. I dealt with Mike, Dean, and Jaffrey. 10/10

I was in to have my vehicle serviced this morning and received outstanding service. Danny and Brian in the service department are awesome, very professional and kind. The work was done quickly, oil change in and out in short order, and the visit was very pleasant. Thanks for the wonderful start to my day! I definitely recommend this service team.
