Just bought a used 2022 Toyota Highlander. Lazarus was the salesperson who helped us and was phenomenal to deal with, took the time to explain the vehicle to us and was straight forward and easy to deal with!

This place is not a good place at all. Everytime I want an oil change I have to leave my car here all day. A simple oil change and it takes them all day. The customer service is rude and not that great. I purchased my car here and got free oil changes with it but it's such a hassle to get oil changes or at least getting it done quickly. I will not be giving this place any of my business anymore ill go somewhere else and pay for an oil change. These mechanic's even had to replace an axle 3 times on my family members van. The first two times they obviously didn't do it right and the axle broke 2 times afterreplacing with new ones. My family member had to wait weeks for the repairs to be done properly. I wouldn't trust the mechanic's here at all. MTO really needs to investigate this place and maybe all Dilawri dealerships.

I just bought a new vehicle from Lazarus and Robbie. The service was excellent and courteous. They returned my call right away and answered all my questions. They went above and beyond my expectations. Hopefully it will be the same with my Wagoneer.

I need a car for work. I found one on their website and went in to look at it and test drive it. Kal (the salesman) was easy to work with and pleasant. To make the deal, he has a manager named Paul. Paul did the usual tactics of making me wait, going back and forth. All the while, we are sitting in his office with the door closed and Paul NOT wearing a mask. There is a pandemic and no mask! When I mention it, he doesn't care. On the day I come to pick up the car, Paul claims that I got a deal. There was no deal, it is exactly as advertised on the internet and what I went to look at. The mask thing really turned me off of this place and Paul's attitude just makes it a really poor star rating. Too bad that there is a supply shortage in the city.
