Ricky Ratchets Auto Repair

I called to ask a question. Regarding a mobile mechanic need. They do not have that service. I was told where to look to find someone who does that service. On Kijiji.A couple people were called. One has replied. He and I meet in a few days. He has an idea what is wrong, diagnosed from a brief conversation. This guy sounds good.BTW. Ricky Ratchets, is known by me through others experience. As, a top notch mechanic. My mechanic, I've been happy with for 20 years, found before I heard of Ricky Ratchets.

I had a wonderful experience with Rick and Linda at Ricky Ratchets! I was involved in an accident that caused a lot of damage to my vehicle. Rick and Linda helped me from day one. Rick was able to repair my vehicle very quickly and was super responsive throughout the entire process. Both Rick and Linda went above and beyond to ensure my car was fixed to be even better than before my accident! Linda was also kind enough to find me new floor mats. I would recommend Ricky Ratchets to anyone. You are in the best hands when you choose Ricky Ratchets!

Great shop and customer service, definitely would recommend!Staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful throughout this experience, from booking to payment. It's truly wonderful that they have a shuttle service to drive you to home/work while your car is being serviced, and will return your vehicle back to your location! Payment was easily completed during drop off and a receipt of service and payment were provided. Upon drop off, the staff kindly explained the work that had been done and highlighted an area that would need future maintenance (wonky tread on one tire). They also gifted me with a coupon for their shop and a nice quality reusable bag.Grateful to have found a reliable and trustworthy shop to take my vehicle to. The clear communication and friendly, professional attitudes of staff was great. I look forward to working with them again in the future. Thanks to all!

We are traveling across Canada and our air conditioning was not working properly, after a few call were the said may be later this week or next week we found Ricky Ratchet! We were out of there in about an hour ! Thanks so much for the great service !!!

You can count on honesty and integrity here. I personally love the selection of cars for sale here, some vintage on their lot. A lot of people dont know that not only is Rick a licensed mechanic but he is also a licensed Body man. Check them out!

Great customer service. Went out of their way to source a part and fix my car within a few hours on a Saturday. They even delivered it to my house when it was finished. Highly recommend! Thank you Ricky!

I am very grateful to Ricky Ratchets Auto Repair.I had an incident where I was driving and my car was suddenly unable to drive or reverse at an intersection. I called Ricky Ratchets as it was one of the shops that was still open and I did not have anyone else to call. They immediately gave me advice on what to do and started to help me arrange a tow truck to tow my car.They were in touch with me throughout the whole process from the time they arranged the tow to the time my car was in their shop, and inspected and ran tests on my car the first thing the next morning. They were able to fix the issue with my car on that same day (failed driveshaft) and even got my car delivered to me for no fee in the middle of a snowy day when the roads were not great.The team was also very friendly and reassuring! I am so thankful for the team at Ricky Ratchets Auto Repair for helping me when I really needed it and will definitely be returning for any other auto services in the future!

Easily the best experience I have ever had in any shop, truly down to earth owners, and incredibly skilled technicians. My vintage car is my life, and I have never felt more comfortable leaving my car knowing whatever the issue is, it will be fixed correctly. So thrilled with Ricky ratchets!!

Very thorough and professional business. They even sent one of their staff members to pick me up so I didn't need to walk to pick up Jordan (my vehicle). The only thing I wasn't really happy about was that they were very expensive with the final invoice being just shy of $2300. They did complete numerous repairs and maintenance though for that amount.I would still highly recommend Ricky Ratchet's to anyone needing vehicle maintenance, repairs and aservice.
