Ordered some wallets online and the experience was perfect from start to finish! Every email felt so warm and personalized, and I got shipping updates very frequently. My wallets came wrapped nicely and there was a cute card signed off by hand, too. Thanks for such a great shopping experience!

I went when I was in salt Spring and got a great wrap. The store is so cute. I remembered them for Christmas and ordered online. They added an item to their site for me. Great store with unique items and super friendly staff

Awesome little gem of a store! Initially discovered Twang & Pearl while looking for a specific item online. I truly connected with the essence of this boutique and its lovely and thoughtfully curated items. From the outstanding customer service to seamless deliveries (to the Province of Quebec), I cannot recommend this shop enough. Hopefully I will get an in-person experience one day, and meet the Twang Gang!

Every time I visit Salt Spring I go to this shop filled with great clothes, cards, and accessories. For the first time I ordered online. There was no shipping charged, the item was exactly as shown online, and it came quickly. All around a wonderful shopping experience. Nice, friendly staff, too.

My Mom and I visited Salt Spring and came across Twang and Pearl. I think we were in the shop for over an hour. So much awesome clothes and merchandise to see. We had a great talk with Tatjana who was the sales person on that day. She was so helpful and very personable and even wrote us a list of other sights to see on Salt Spring! Thank you for a great experience and we will be back.

Reading other people's reviews makes me want to visit Twang & Pearl in person! I recently made an online purchase from Ontario and I am extremely happy with the service. The delivery was fast and had a great experience. Their website has a lot of cute items, a lot of Canadian made goods, and they carry brands that I enjoy like PJ Salvage. Would shop on their site again soon!
