Excellent service by well informed, knowledgeable staff. From the first phone call, inquiring about a new bike, to the day I picked it up, the service was outstanding! When I picked up the bike Brent had all the time in the world for me, going through my list of accessories and making great recommendations - including a lunch spot for my husband and me while he took the time to assemble and install the accessories. Highly recommend!!

The bike shop a couple stores over had a sign at 12:30 pm saying: “sorry we are shredding” I walked over to sweet Pete’s to learn that what they were shredding is quality customer service. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had a strange request and the gentlemen didn’t know if he had any and explained a better solution. When I told him I want the strange option he took the time to look in the back and find it. Store has a great selection and good vibes.

As a person that rarely writes reviews (perhaps my age group) I felt compelled to share my experience. Presented to shop prepared to drop $4000.00 to be kitted out for an e-bike in my retirement. Went with a very experienced cycling niece who speaks the 'language' and was faced with impatience, disinterest and dismissiveness by the staff . Decided to be fair thus spoke with the manager and he listened, and kitted me out. Went for the 4wk bike check and my request for possible addition of basket to the front was not doable. Accepted this, but did ask if he could show me where the difficulty lied. Was, again dismissed, back turned to me with a roll of the eyes. Spoke with the manager and 'gently' related my 2nd experience where by he deflected my concerns such that I said, no worries... lets move forwards. Is it my gender (female), my age (62) or simply 2 or 3 people having bad days? My generation has $$$. One would think there would be more obsequious behavior;) All I wanted was an explanation, courtesy, respect and friendliness. .. All of which I ended receiving (funnily enough) in a very small neighborhood bike shop who gave me time and attention. But, please make your own assessment as this is simply my experience.

Top-notch bike shop. Every time I visit their staff is very knowledgeable of every product and service they offer and take the time to explain things thoroughly. Bike repair/service is great, they are very transparent with the scope of work and pricing. They've done multiple emergency wheel trues for my son's BMX race bike and always come through and even for general repairs they probably the best turnaround time out of all the big bike shops.

Was looking to buy some fat bike replacement tires, checking Sweetpete's website. Emailed them to confirm the sizing of the brand/ tire. Brent replied back within a few minutes and confirmed the information I was looking for. I placed the order online, and received my tires a couple of days later. Fantastic customer service!!! Super fast shipping!!! This place is a 10 out of 10. Thanks again.

Everything was straightforward. The entire process was incredibly smooth. I placed an order for the bike on Trek Canada's website and it was there within 2 days. We picked it up and my kid hopped on and rode it right out of the shop! The staff at the store went above and beyond to make this moment unforgettable, adding an extra touch of warmth and making my child's experience truly exceptional.

I lost the key for my bike lock and needed to have the lock taken off.I managed to get the bike to Sweet Pete's after two bike shops said they were too busy to do something like that.The fine folks at Sweet Pete's did this task quickly and with smiles on their faces.I must say that sometimes it might be intimidating to come into a shop where serious cyclists shop and hang out. Not here, everyone was super helpful and kind.Thank you

I love my new bike. Sweet Pete's people are knowledgable. But what I really like is their outstanding customer service. The bike rack wasn't in stock so they delivered it to our house. They are very kind.
