The gentleman who hooked up my services was fabulous, the services are awful. In 2 months I've had to rest my TV 3 times, list the ability to fast forward recorded programs and now unable to contact anyone by phone.

Worst customer service ever wouldn't even stay open and extra 5 min so we could pick up a new modem rotour. Unbelievable after calling and getting it set up at 830 am not knowing the Thedford office closed at 4:30 and not 5 like everywhere else. 5 min is all I asked for and they refused. Over 10 years I have been a customer. Not happy at all.

I give 5 stars to Gloria in tech support, the only one in almost 5 weeks that figured out my issue, she was amazing, every one else kept telling me that everything was amazing on my line, it wasn't. Once all is resolved going on almost 8 weeks, I will update my review.

Slow but reliable DSL. Expensive due to lack of competition. What is with the $14 loop fee?? Any time I need service it is certainly NOT 'Awesome'. Staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable and it has been very frustrating to deal with them on a speed upgrade from 20 mps to 50 mps. They wasted my time on hold or going through very basic checklists to trying and resolve issues on the phone since I still only get 20 mbs download though upgraded and paying for 50 mps Checked with only one 5g device connected standing beside router. After 2 weeks, tech showed up on site but could only get 20 mbs download on his phone and 30-37 mbs with an ethernet cable (who uses those?) with just one device connected. Said that is just DSL and it varies even though they sell 50 mbs for my address. Had to go back to 20mbs after a lot of excuses on their part. Moral: check your download speed and make them actually prove it when installed.

We moved to Plympton Wyoming recently. The installers were on time on the days scheduled. When it came time for the final hook-up there was a connectivity problem. The bloke who was installing called the problem in and another bloke came out early in the afternoon, diagnosed and solved the problem.The staff we have spoken to by telephone have been more than helpful and courteous.

Our cable was accidentally cut last August due to a new house build next door. They repeatedly have had to repair it since they have failed to replace the underground cable which would avoid this repeated problem. They have been asked to do it correctly many times.

I've been with exculink for two years and i think its just about time i cancel my internet with them, ive called them so many times and nothing ever seems to get resolved. my internet is so slow and always cutting out. im supposed to have have 120 upload and i always have under 10. i always call and tell them, but there solution is always to upgrade, even though my internet package should be able to support 5+ people. but cant even support 2. i guess ill give brooke telecom a shot.
