On Monday Feb 6, 2023 I purchased a 6pc bucket and poutine. The poutine was good but the chicken was terrible. It was very dry and tasted like they had not changed the oil they cook it in for quite a while. Because I took the food home I ended up throwing most of the chicken in the garbage.

This KFC is attached and ran by the same people who run the Taco Bell. Food is stale and inedible here. Do NOT waste your time and money. They take about 3-5 business days to prepare the food too! Plus they are not even available for mobile/online ordering.

The food quality was poor. The tenders box meal combo was having overcooked tenders with fries which felt like they haven’t changed the oil in quite some time. Tastes bland and coleslaw they gave felt like it was kept refrigerated for weeks.

Herman was extremely helpful in explaining their whole menu. I ended up ordering their chori pan and beef and peameal bacon papito. Arapa and Yuka fries for our apps . Coming back for sure to try out the rest of their menu.

Slow service and the staff is always forgetting something when I order a meal. From a drink to my upgraded poutine from fries, there is always something wrong. The staff is very nice though and the prices are cheap and reasonable. Great place to use coupons and decently busy at times

Chicken was soggy and smells. Please check your fifo method. ThanksCame back after a year.This time, they drowned my chicken bowl in gravy! Staff were unfriendly. Both kitchen and counter staff.

I ordered 2 chicken burgers and 1 fry i took my order to my car and when i took my frys out they were cold and over cooked.i went back and told the woman about the frys and she Squeezed the bag and said they feel Warm to me .I could'nt believe it like someone would get out of their car and go back for no reason. The women out front could not be more Condescending .If you want cold bad and over priced food this is the place for you.

Been to this location 3 times. They don't seem to want to honour company coupons. The first time about 1:15 pm they said it would be at least a 15 minute wait, said forget it. The second time we presented a coupon at 1:15 pm a few weeks later, same reply. Today they just came out and said they don't have this coupon in their system. I used the same one at the Eaton centre last week.
