Theodore & Pringle Optical in Real Canadian Superstore

I did not have change for a buggy, so I went to the Lotto seller and I gave him a twenty and asked to buy a lotto ticket, and give me a loonie when he gave me the change…his answer? “NO”!???!!I refuse to deal with people who are rude to me, so I took back my twenty and left.

Awesome service, love this place. Eye exam was very well explained each step. All the staff are super friendly and bend over backwards to find just the right glasses and give really good advise. I was impressed with the team approach and time they spent finding the perfect style and fit with no rushing or high pressure tactics. I got two pairs for optimal vision, one for driving and one for indoors. I can see better than ever and glasses are very comfortable. I also gotfitted with new contacts that are very comfortable, but I love my new glasses.The prices were very good and the service is the best.This place is a model of following COVID safety and for outstanding nice staff and work atmosphere. I hardy ever write reviews but felt compelled to give them a big thumbs up. Thanks for the awesome service.

Difficult to get in contact with superstore optical, the number listed is for superstore pharmacy who kindly transfers you to the optical department, however no one answers the phone (both times I called an hour apart) & there’s no option to leave a message
