Scott from Ponoka First call was amazing. He called me to update me on his ETA as I sat on the highway. He arrived exactly on time and loaded up my car on the flatdeck quickly and professionally. Super friendly and honest.Drove my car back to Edmonton to my repair shop as promised with no issues. Great to deal with.

Hit some debris on the QEII today after not being able to avoid it in time near the Highway 52 exit. My skid plate was hanging off my car dragging on the road so I pulled over right away. Within an hour my car was on the back of the flat deck and they took it right to north Edmonton for me. Fantastic customer service and great response time. Thanks for the help today guys!

Exceptional service!! They were quick to respond to my request and get my vehicle towed as soon as possible. After waiting for AMA for 90 minute and discovering they failed to finish my service call. Ponoka First Call Towing" was called at 10pm to come and rush to correct AMAs error

We had a tire blow out south of Ponoka and decided to continue on our way via flatbed via AMA. Ivan arrived promptly and loaded the car onto the flatbed safely and carefully, like he owned it. Tire blew and used them to tow me to a tire place in Ponoka from outside of town, I'm not sure what his name was but he was super nice and helpful. Used my AMA and they told me it would be 90 minutes but he got there in about 15 minutes! Great service
