Been training with Randii for almost 2 years and I can't say enough good things about her. She is so friendly, welcoming and so encouraging. She truly cares about each one of her clients and supports them and each of their individual goals and helps push you to achieve those goals. I'm so excited that she has opened a gym in town. It has an amazing supportive vibe.

I started training with Randi about two years ago, it started as Bootcamp and then 1 day a week to 2 days a week.Randi opened not just her doors to help a client but her whole heart and family.Randi makes you feel so confident and powerful not only when you are training but in your everyday life.Randi is so full of knowledge and has such a true passion for the sport and for the clients she works with. I love how involved Randi gets and the dedication she puts towards each client, customizing each work out to each person.Randi, her family and gym are definitely one of a kind and if your looking for an amazing trainer Randi is the one to go to.

Stopped in out of curiosity. Met the owner Randy. Extremely nice woman full of information and obvious that she has a passion for health and fitness. It's great that we finally have a gym in Dundalk. Can't wait for it to open. Great to have someone so educated and with alot of experience wanting to sort a small town with health and fitness

I have been training with Randii for over a year now. I can not say enough about her and her skills of being a trainer. She is knowledgeable about the body and what will help with certain goals. I started out training with Skullhouse for my mental health, and to just be stronger. I now am more confident in my body, and competing in a powerlifting meet this summer.Randii and her husband Tyler are both great people, and this gym is going to be an amazing part of this community. A gym is exactly what this town needs.

Exactly what Dundalk needed! This gym is welcoming to everyone, regardless of your fitness goals or experience. The owners are so friendly and always going out of their way to make this gym a safe place. I have been training with Randii for just over a year now and I’ve learned so much from her. She is the definition of a badass!!

My favorite gym! Friendly people and an awesome owner! This is definitely something beneficial to the town of Dundalk! Randii (the owner) is an amazing, encouraging and supportive trainer and has done so much for my mental and physical health! I love this gym!

I’ve been training with Randii for over a year now and it’s changed my life for the better. I’ve found her to be incredibly encouraging and supportive. Safety and the well being of her clients are important to her. She’s very passionate about her training and I would totally recommend her to anyone. And the gym is amazing, everyone there is so friendly and welcoming and i can’t wait for it to open.
