Nothing that they sell here attracts me. I never go to this place to buy anything, I find nothing is fresh. I went recently to one store because my friend wanted something from there. Stores are nicely decorated though

Most upscale service and the least friendly Starbucks in Ontario. You can’t order anything even for take out when you have a dog and it is 32 degrees outside. I guess this only apples to Toronto Starbucks because I have never had this problem in the states or Quebec.

Worst customer experience. I understand it’s a fast paced environment but staff members were not customer friendly at all. Get more hires if you need to or train better. Be emphatic to people, your customers will automatically will love

Whenever we come to TORONTO PREMIUM OUTLETS we always come to this Starbucks.This is by far the best location for drinks and refreshers. They always get my order correctly and I am never disappointed..There were plenty of times where I ordered and was very annoyed by the fact that they did not take my order correctly.All the staff members are very polite and definitely offer 5 Star service here.Will keep coming back…A huge THANK YOU to all the staff members here, you are all doing a great job!!

The line was very long but the order takers were great, and efficient! They sell the syrups on their own in a bottle for $12.95 plus tax which they don’t in Halifax (where I’m from).The staff making drinks were so efficient as well. They made drinks quickly and looked like they were having a good time. They had a nice groove going. The wait time wasn’t too bad, and the lady calling out the orders was very organized.The lady who rung me through tried upselling me on vanilla bean croissants and she did so in a very clever way. I wasn’t hungry and I know I like them already but kudos to her for upselling and pairing a snack with a drink.

Who rates Starbucks right? But for this store, definitely writing a review! The service is extremely extremely slow. I have been to Starbucks store worldwide but trust me this was the slowest services store. There were 3-4 staff in the store but only 1 was preparing coffee for such long lines. The others did not care. My order was missed as I stood for so long and they did not care to check why I was standing for so long. After standing for 15-20 mins patiently just infront of the person who was making coffee when I asked him if He has not made it, if I can cancel my order as it was getting late for me and they didnt allow me cancelling the order. Also, when asked about the coffee, they started explaining to me how they are prepping cold coffee first at one station and then the hot ones but i saw the person making coffee just handing over the hot coffee to few people minutes ago. Several people who ordered after me got their coffee but the staff didnt care. Extremely bad customer experience. Wont care to go to this store again. May be will go to Second cup or other stores if i want to have one in the premium outlet.

The lines for ordering and picking up are confusing as the signs are not clear.Large store, many barista but still a long wait.Staff are trained to kindly ask people with dogs to leave the store (according to law they should). Good job on that!

The one time I went, it was suuuuper packed. However the baristas stayed calm and really worked well together so I was very impressed. Shout out to Frankie who went above and beyond to take that extra step to accommodate me and grab waters as per my request. That little gesture meant a lot to me and my thirsty kids!
