I bought Allo 2500 from this shop and they gave me used vape I told the guy that it is not working and he said that my dealer will check this vape and then i'll let you know.Next day I called him and he told me that it was used and he was really rude with me.Total wastage of money and Worst customer service and I suggest everyone not to buy anything from this shop.These guys are fraud.

A decent place when it opens on time. Staff are occasionally late for opening in the morning. Like today, I’m sitting in the cold because I need something no one else carries. But when they’re open, the service is usually pretty great.

I am a glass collector and I have boughten all my glass from here. Today however, they did me dirty and sold me a broken piece. Usually I check the piece out before I buy it but since I'm always buying new pieces from here I figured I'd trust them. I opened it up and seen that there was a crack on the mouthpiece. I went to return it and the older guy told me I there was nothing he could do since I left the store. I believe they knew they were selling me a broken piece as they went out of their way to grab the one at the very front even though there was another one just like it that I had pointed to located at the back, that would have been way easier to grab.

The lady sold me 2 butane lighters went back to return later same day after they didnt work and was a man this time who denied me buying it from there basically called me a liar. Pathetic
