They are customer focused and target the satisfaction first. I rented a boots and snowboard however they didn’t have my size for the boots and they gave me the brand new one without hesitation price of the used rental. Awesome service overly recommended!

Have been coming here to rent skis for many years. Always great service and equipment. The fact that you can exchange if a child's boot becomes too small mid season is a big plus.

Amazing service for my kids... they take such good care to consider preferences and help choose equipment that is not only comfortable, but that they will like. We rent the equipment (skis are sharpened and waxed and if the kids grow during the season, they will exchange for a new size.Amazing service for me too! When it was time for me to change my skis, they helped me find a pair that suited my ability and explained the construction of the ski... they also gave me a great price! I LOVE my new skis and have the amazing staff to thank!

Our visit to this place in December 2019 was helpful and nice. We wanted to buy new skis for me and rent ones for our child. The staff is very nice, helpful and polite: from the owner to a regular worker. With the advice, we got everything we wanted. Also, a little bit later we've sharpened another pair of skis with a discount. BTW, for the first time buyer they have a discount too ))) On the first day of the new year, we tried our new, rented and sharpened skis and they all are good. So, thank you all for your help! It was a really nice experience and we will come back as needed.
