Friendly helpful though my phone jack was broke they took the time to clean it and didn’t charge me anything. That doesn’t happen often anymore would definitely go again!

This place is a joke. I went in for a simple battery change, had to wait 15 minutes while he talked to another customer. Finally found out they didn't have the battery. They have supposedly ordered one, but have never heard back.

I Normally don't do reviews seeing that every establishment focuses on them than the customers. However, these guys over at Mobile klinik in Red Deer Bower Mall ,where fantastic to deal with! The refurbished iPhone that I bought needed a few adjustments to work properly. I took it in and Frederick immediately understood my concerns and fixed two or three issues within a few minutes. He was extremely helpful to me and had me on my way, confident that I had not bought a lemon after all!Great, friendly and knowledgeable service from Frederick who, in my opinion, deserves a raise. This place is a joke. They are very rude and turned us away without looking at my phone, said I needed new one without even checking it. Waste of time and I didn't need the attitude. Won't go there ever again. Got help at the Mobi Jack's, they are great, kind and understanding and they got it working, imagine that, they looked at it.

My S22 Ultra wouldn't stay charging at all. Called the store and Skyler Answered (super professional) I asked him if the had time to look at it, and I don't think I was in the store for 5 minutes and Skyler had it fixed! 10/10 customer service and I'll be using this location and hopefully the same rep from now on! Skyler if you're reading this.... Keep it up dude!
