Reds Rentals and Marina

The seadoo rentals are a must! Loved being able to drive all over the lake. Stopped and even did some shopping at a nearby store right off the water.

What can I say, other then Reds provides the best experience you can get on the water.The best location, fuel, boats and customer service on the lake. It is always a pleasure renting from Mike. Cheers

My wife and I dropped in and took out a boat for the afternoon. Friendly staff and was impressed with the efficiency.. we were out on the water in minutes. Enjoyed ourselves so much we went back and did it again the next day. We will be back again!! I recommend Reds weather you’re looking for a few hours or a full day out on the water! They have some cool toys.

Reds is great. Super friendly and helpful staff. Had a couple issues with our rental and they stepped up and made it all work out so everyone was happy.

Fantastic boat rental place, will be back. 3 family get together, pontoon with water slide and towable tube. Couldn't be happier.

We’ve rented from these guys before, and the equipment and service seemed pretty good.I booked another seadoo rental with them for our trip to the Shuswap, but wasn’t very pleased with the way things turned out.We got out to the Shuswap, and the smoke from the wildfires was so thick that it was causing us problems. Firstly, my wife’s asthma was so bad, that there was no way that we would be able to be outside in the smoke without causing her major issues.Secondly, when we got here, we went down to the lake and there was absolutely zero visibility. I mean, you couldn’t see another boat in the water 50 feet from you. So I called to cancel our rental for safety reasons.They informed me that they have a non refundable deposit, which it does say on their website apparently, but I asked them to refund anyway since we were cancelling due to safety concerned.Now, my wife and I are commercial fishermen from the coast. We have 40 years of experience on the ocean between the two of us. I have my master 150 ton license. When I explained to Red that renting out high speed water craft that have no radar and no navigation systems to people without real in water experience was stupid and dangerous. He just scoffed at us. I hate to say it, but with all of the drunk people on the lake ripping around, and the irresponsible actions of rental companies like this, someone is going to get hurt. When it comes to safety, these guys don’t seem too concerned.As a professional mariner, it’s pretty mind blowing.

This was our 2nd time renting a boat from Reds Rental Shop and we've had nothing but great experiences. Mike and his staff are all very welcoming and friendly people. His rates are very reasonable and you get great boats and equipment that come with the rental. They had a minor mechanical issue with our boat but he was able to provide us with another boat while ours was being fixed that day. We had a large group of adults and kids and he was still able to keep us all very happy. Once the boat was ready, he met us out on the water to trade boats! We will continue to rent from Reds and tell all of our family and friends about him.

Just left Sicamous from a bachelor party.Unfortunately 2 of the boats we brought out ran into some mechanical issues, which left them docked for the rest of the day.Red was able to last minute rent us a great boat and totally save the day. Great service and an all around great experience.

Rented 2 jetskis from Red's. Process was smooth and was ready to hit the lake in minutes.Sadly, one of the members of our group didn't follow the 3 rules and one had to undergo maintenance. We felt awful, but they were very understanding and charged us accordingly.
