Highly Recommend 10/10!!!Kevin is truly second to none when it comes to massage therapy, especially if you’re looking for the best deep-tissue massage. He is very knowledgeable and always gets to the root of my issues and he usually finds a few other knots or tight muscles that I didn’t even know were causing me problems. It is unbelievable how much better I feel after! I would 100% recommend Kevin to everyone for a great massage!The Spa itself is beautiful and clean, and the Staff are always kind and welcoming! They also conveniently direct bill insurance and send text appointment reminders, which has saved me from missing an appointment more than once.Now after reading more of other people’s reviews, I really need to check out more of Ciao Bella's services!

Best spa I have ever been to.All the ladies are so kind. I’ve seen both Becky and Sarah for facials and they both do an amazing job.As someone who is new to Grande Prairie and was a bit nervous about a new spa, they made me feel very welcome. Would highly recommend Ciao Bella to anyone!

I love going here to get my lashes done. I go in every 3 weeks to see Becky. She is amazing, always has the most wonderful conversations. She some how remembers every conversation we have. I never leave with the feeling that my lashes are bad. They are always so full, and she does a very excellent job every time. I definitely recommend them for anyone who would like to get their lashes done.

Started going to Ciao Bella this past year and always had a positive experience. Recently had a signature facial and brow wax with Sarah, she did an amazing job with my brows and my skin was glowing afterwards! She was very knowledgeable with the skincare products and helped me pick out what I needed for my skin type. Very friendly and did an amazing job, would for sure recommend going to see her! I’m so happy with how much my skin has improved!

I have gone to Ciao Bella for massages for a number of years now ever since I found my massage therapist, Candace. Simply the best massage I've ever had. The salon is always looking great, everything runs on time, and every staff member is welcoming. I highly recommend Ciao Bella.

I’ve had two massages with Stephanie and both were excellent! I left feeling relaxed with no tension in my muscles or joints. Stephanie applied just the right amount of pressure and was very tentative. I highly recommend this place for a good massage.

Have been going here for years! Becky is amazing for my eyebrow waxes and is always nice to chat to! I've been going to Stephanie for massages as well and she's been really great about asking about problem areas and making sure she isn't applying too much pressure etc. Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming!

Ciao Bella is a wonderful experience. The products they sell are top quality. Becky shapes brows really well, Brianna always adds a relaxing massage after doing brows, and Janelle is always very professional. They are in a great location and always offer a clean and professional environment.

I'm feeling really disappointed, and my neck is still sore. I have booked a massage and someone booked me on 12:30 but said 2:30. I came late. The receptionist service was really poor, and nobody at the front desk even said hello or apologized for the wrong booking. My phone number was messed up by them, too. Well no more I come there. You had a chance to have a client, but you didn't care about me.

Every visit to Ciao Bella has been a great experience! I have been for massage and laser hair removal. Clean facility, friendly staff and expert advice. Highly recommend!
