Had a really great time finding this location. It's a beautiful spot but it makes me sad that you can see where people have walked on it or knock some of the wall over since it was initially found. Hopefully people will respect this piece of Halifax history and I hope they figure out what's going on with it or what it is.

Very cool place. Love the surrounding mystery about this place. Walking around here not knowing the exact reason for this structure gives it a cool little vibe and interesting place to visit

Not a five sided building". Not a mystery site. Not a tourist attraction!!!!! It is a rich historical feature - only visit with respect and care (AKA it is not a place to dig for treasure)!"

Very interesting place, makes one think and wonder about why and who built such a thing. A marvel of our past. I just hope this place becomes better protected before it gets seriously vandalized or before local industries expand over top of it....as the local businesses are getting closer and closer.

I wish something was being done to maintain this fascinating place. It is designated as a Special Place" which means it won't be developed but will be allowed to deteriorate from benign neglect or vandalism."

Who created these walls and the five sided building? That's why it's a mystery. Best seen when the leaves are off the trees. A lovely hidden surprise

This was a very cool place to check out.Its super close. And easy to find if you kno where to look but also completely hidden and youd never find it if you didnt know about it.We found 3 structures that seemed to be an old Im guessing" early 1800's foundation to a house on the hill

A great little intriguing spot, just a two minute walk down a path from the road. Any adventurous kid will love it. If you're in the Bayer's Lake area, take twenty minutes of your day and check it out. But please be respectful of the sigh and don't do any damage or remove any of the stones.

Very cool spot, rough path, fully grown forestwould be great to know more, we should encourage the city to research it furtherMaybe some archeology students or something
