Waited 10 weeks for an appointment only to have Celine cancel 7.5 hours before.She didn’t offer any help to find a different stylist and barely even an apology. Just cited burnout and poor mental health… which I can understand but it also took a lot for me to even try to book an appointment (I’m also a person fighting burn out and this was an attempt at self care) and the fact that she couldn’t even give me proper notice that she had overbooked herself (the kind of notice she would expect from me if I cancelled the appointment) and then offered zero help to remedy the situation she created (I haven’t done anything with my hair since booking a consult at the beginning of April to give her maximum hair to work with and now I’m here in mid June back where I started.)Even when I originally tried to book the appointment she was sluggish in responding and I told her to tell me if she wasn’t accepting clients and I would pursue another avenue. But she continued to make it seem like if I was patient I would get in. The only reason I even chose her as a stylist was because I found a style she had done a few years ago and it felt shady to go to another YEG stylist and show them work from a YEG stylist as inspiration.The situation is beyond frustrating and to say I’m disappointed is a gross understatement.Luckily for her I now have zero interest in having her do anything for me ever!Cheers Celine. Hope you treat other prospective clients with more care and respect.

I have seen Sarah at Daughters Salon twice now and I love everything about this little salon and both of the stylists that work here. The atmosphere of the multiple little hair salons on the floor with them is so cool and their space is so fun!Sarah really listened to me on what I wanted for my hair and talked it out with me. I left this salon feeling like I had finally found MY stylist. Although I would gladly let Celine work with my hair if Sarah wasn't available. If you are looking for a new stylist consider giving these girls a shot, you won't be disappointed. I PROMISE!

Have stubborn or thick hair that's hard to deal with? Well Sarah can make your experience here a great one!She did awesome layering and thinning in all the right areas of my mountain of hair and it's already made my life easier!. I think the other hair dresser there was Celine and she was doing an amazing job on someone else's hair too! :)This is the first time I've gotten my hair cut by a salon in over two years, one year ago I cut it short myself becuase I had a terrible experience at a salon 2 years ago in a different city and I was too scared to go back to a salon.Let me just say thank you Sarah! You made my experience a great one and my hair turned out amazing! :) I'll definitely be recommending this salon to people!

I love this place and everyone who works here! They’re all super friendly, positive, and get excited to be around clients regardless of we’re new or old. Great selection on products and it’s awesome to get educated on how to use them or education on other things you’re curious about. Cody does my hair and has been a pleasure to work with each time.

I have been seeing Celine for quite a few years now and she is just the best! So kind and honest. She really cares about the health of her clients hair and just wants what is best for them. I always want to do fun things with my hair and she is so creative and fun to discuss things with. The salon itself is very clean and beautifully decorated! I cannot recommend this Salon enough!

Celine is the only hairdresser I trust to cut my hair. Amazing studio with stylists who will actually listen to what you want and work with you. Highly recommend!

Celine and Cody are both incredible!! Cody is the one that does my hair and I could not be happier when I leave the salon. The energy and atmosphere when you're there is so upbeat and fun and makes the appointments go by so fast.
