Just to be honest, I have never purchased anything from HCC before this past week. When I originally looked online, their prices were much better then most others and even after I added shipping costs into the equation. Earlier this week, I got a call from Manuel because one of the items I picked was discontinued. Manuel went over and above to give me multiple solutions and even made it more cost effective for my troubles. Basically, he made it easy for me to say YES! Nice work Manuel. I will be sure to come back and buy again. Thanks again

Manuel helped me with this delivery immensely. He asked your supplier to send the order (AirPots) directly to me so as to avoid unnecessary shipping time ( I am in Manitoba, suppler is in Alberta, Hydroponics is in Montreal)! This was a terrific idea and saved me loads of waiting time! I am so grateful to Manuel for his intelligent thought process! I will be a customer for life. Perfect job! That is what I call thoughtful customer service!

Good place. The prices are fair, offers some products that are difficult to source.Do not expect Amazon's quickness, though. Plan ahead.On the other hand, very good customer support!

Super pleased with my cycle timer. I'm using it to control the cycle times on a Heatline self regulating water freeze protection system. This unit is 1/3 the cost of other timers and love the analog nature of it, in case of power outages. Excellent quality and excellent service and shipping from Hydroponics Club.
