Best Starbucks in Guelph, staff is always so friendly. Have often received nice messages on my cups making the experience 10/10. When mobile ordering never have to wait long.

I wanted to compliment the servers while I was there on April 19th morning for their resilience and continued kindness.It looked like something was happening behind the scenes and that several servers had been yelled at before I arrived.A part of my order had accidentally gotten lost; when I asked about it, they went above and beyond to get me my order. Despite the previous challenging experience, the servers still had a smile, and I know that it is hard to bounce back from.Thank you!

Friendly and welcoming staff. Always a smiling face to greet you! Great coffee & they always are willing to give suggestions if you want to try something new. Upbeat staff, quick service. Even when it's busy, they try to be as quick as they can. I'm always happy with my drink order! It's great to feel welcomed when they know you by name and remember you! Even if they haven't seen you in a while! You'll never see more happy faces in one place than you will at Starbucks!

So disappointed, my concern was the place was full of wasps and I'm allergic to them , I complained to one of the people behind the counter she said we are working on it !!! I told her how , she said it's normal because of all of the sugar, if I get stung today I'll sue this place !!!!! So disappointed.

A coworker and I had the most amazing experience this morning. Hails was our customer service representative extraordinaire. Her smile and amazing service was phenomenal. We will be back!

So during the week staff is awsome orders are right. Weekends the staff takes over 15 min to get through plus when I want a hot coffee and I getnit cold or they mixed up both orders and you get home to share it with who ever and that's what we get . I'm so tired of spending money and dumping down the drain.. going elsewhere on weekends

I ordered a vanilla latte with soy milk by accident and meant to say oat milk and didn’t realize until later. The staff were quick and friendly about the switch and kindly made me a new one with oat milk! Service here was very fast and pleasant. Will definitely visit again!
