Fleet Brake

I have dealt with Fleet brake since 1990, and been pleased.I stopped in and dealt with Fred, he was unsure of what the truck in question needed so I removed wheels in the parking lot so he could identify the brakes.I told him that our shop was on the west side of town and I wanted to take everything I may need for the repair.All the correct parts were provided and we used most of them.When I brought the unused parts back I was told there is a restocking charge.I explained that I was clear when purchasing that I was buying everything and may not use it all.Fred told me it was policy and it’s on my invoice.Yes, I then read the fine print and it is clearly on the invoice.I offered to purchase some other items I require to offset the return, and was told no.I mentioned that the review will reflect the experience, Fred said don’t threaten me with reviews.It’s not a threat, it’s sharing an experience.I left feeling angry, frustrated and unheard.Saddened that my request to do other business in turn was rejected.Fred stated he would not be here for 41 years if he ripped people off.Business is about results and value and expectations.My expectations were not met.Fred had an opportunity to tell me policy when I shared what I was doing.He either did not think of it or chose not to.

i've taken my horse trailer in twice now to get repairs and Fleet Brake has been nothing but helpful! They are quick and keep you in the loop whats going on. Definitely know where i'll be going with my horse trailer from now on! Thanks for everything guys!

I was able to get my travel trailer brake problem repaired the very same morning that I requested service. The work was expeditiously done and done properly. The staff were very helpful. I had used their service 2 years previously but not been back since. I will now keep them at the top of my list of preferred trailer service companies.

Good place for truck parts fast and friendly service

I took my motorhome in for an oil change, filter and lube job on a ford V10 gas engine. Total cost was around $450. with 6.5Litres of oil costing $175. Plus 2 hours labour. Normally an oil change is in the $140. range including everything. So buyer beware. I won't be back..

Very helpful didn't have what I wanted bug sent me to a great place that had exactly what I wanted.
