The server has really good memories, not sure how he remembered all my colleagues' names and dishes, almost 20 people! The salad was really nice, better than lots of places.

My experience at this establishment was a mixed bag. While I enjoyed the nachos, the overall quality of the drinks and service left much to be desired. It is regrettable to note that the beverages, including the butter beer and batman, failed to meet expectations. Surprisingly, both drinks tasted strikingly similar to Pepsi, lacking the unique flavors one would expect from such intriguing names. This disappointing similarity was a letdown.Furthermore, the service provided during my visit was subpar. The staff seemed inattentive and unresponsive, which resulted in a less than satisfactory dining experience.Nevertheless, amidst these disappointments, the nachos stood out as a highlight. They were flavorful and well-prepared, demonstrating the potential for culinary excellence within the establishment.

Disappointed from my takeout meal.As per menu I looked up online wanted chicken alfredo with bacon and mushrooms. But charged for alfredo and extra charge for chicken. Thought garlic bread would be good idea but cheese was barely even melted and soggy . Ceaser salad haven't eaten yet but looks sub par.

Quesadilla is little dry, but the sweet potatoes slapped. Not a place where you really expect superior dining service though lol.The service was friendly but slow. The patio is spacious and was able to accommodate our walk-in group of 8 which was great. However, it’s not a particularly busy place.

Located just a few kilometers away from the Falls. Great little spot. Love the patio. Food and drinks are great. Lots of selection on menu items. Large drink menu.

Got the 10 piece wings, they didn’t come with a side of celery or veggies or even ranch which is strange because most places offer that. They were also tiny! Got the American style medium sauce (hot sauce and butter) which was tasty. I also got the lasagna which was super mediocre, way too much tomato sauce and not much cheese.Nice atmosphere and good customer service though. Wish the food was a bit better value/more memorable.

If it was possible to leave negative stars I would have done it. Avoid this place at all costs. The previous 3 times I have ordered for here my order has been messed up. The latest was the final straw. I ordered a harvest salad with chicken. I received a container of premixed bagged lettuce with 2 halves of a cherry tomato and 2 halves of a piece of cucumber and a pepper. No chicken. I paid $20 for lettuce. I called and was told that they would give me a $10 credit for next time. There won’t be a next time. I am through supporting this place.

Recently, I visited Mick & Angelo's in Niagara Falls and had a mixed experience. On the one hand, the service was truly amazing - the staff were friendly, attentive and went out of their way to make our visit enjoyable. However, the nachos we ordered were not as good as we were hoping for, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this, the server surprised us by serving some special fries and bacon strips for the kids, which was a nice touch and made the visit extra special for our family. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for the great service and hospitality, even though the nachos didn't quite hit the mark for us.

A solid 3. It was busy. We waited about 5 minutes to be seated…not bad, but about 8-10 staff walked past us with no acknowledgement, including the hostess, who eventually sat us. Service continued slow, but pleasant. Waited about 10 minutes to order our drinks, another 10 for them to arrive. Food came out relatively quickly considering.Mussels were good, tasty, although it tasted as though the wine hadn’t been cooked off enough. My son enjoyed his pizza, but the fajitas. Oh my. I was surprised to find sauce on the fajitas when they were served. It was quite sweet, and I am diabetic, so would have preferred it not there. And…it was teriyaki sauce…on fajitas…with salsa, cheese and sour cream. Definitely a NO for me. Then there was the burning smell. It took a few minutes, but the sugar in the sauce started to burn on the skillet. Not carmelize, but burn, leaving a quite unpleasant acrid aroma. It took 3 napkins to wipe as much sauce as I could get off. Several staff passed by as this was happening, but none stopped to ask about it. A few other patrons ordered fajitas also. So the smell continued. I hope they enjoyed theirs more than I did mine.
