Ideal Food Equipment

Just received the items ordered - very happy with the condition and price - would definitely order from them again. It took a little longer then I expected , by a week or so - but overall great

Bill Sr at ideal is the biggest crook I ever meet , ordered a bunch of restaurant equipment from him including a keg cooler with tap , he send me a bar fridge and told me it shouldn’t be to hard to convert it into a keg coolerI had to pay upfront for the equipmentNeedless to say when I returned the equipment that was wrong and could not be used I was never reimbursed for any of it . In total I’m out about $3000Do not trust these people and whatever you do if you are stuck having to do business with these people do not pay upfront for anythingSadly the is no zero star revue

Be very careful buying used equipment from this people. The did not send my equipments for 4months after paying them in full. And when they send them they were nothing like they promised. I booked a stage 1 dough mixer I got a stage 3 run down dough mixer. They also said the oven was 2014 and it was beat up too . So, I would suggest to stay as far. As you can from this company. Will never go there again.

I work as a SetDec buyer and these guys are great. Helpful and just good guys. Bill Jr (I think is one of the owners) was helpful with sales, prices ect and Lance (I hope I remember that right) and another dude are very helpful with pulling the order and photos, dimensions shipping ect

Called in asking for Iron Pan, service consultant said that he has them in stock. Upon arrival he completely ignored me and the back yard mechanic let me in. I went up to their inventory showcase, which was in shambles and he didn’t even have any iron pans. Do not recommend, do not come here unless desperate

Well we are a non-profit lake setting at weyburn saskatchewan. We purchased a perfic fry fromthem and never got it looks like we're out $8.100 dollars.me and my 5 brother will be taking a trip out there this fall.dont shop there.

Ideal food equipment went above and beyond when it came to helping me out. I own a little coffee shop on the Sunshine Coast, and when my coffee maker died (and I didn’t have a back up) I rushed to Vancouver on the first ferry boat I could catch. On the way I gave them a call ( they had been recommended by my family ) and it turned out that by the time I made it there (in rush hour traffic) I wasn’t going to be there before closing time. But! The gentlemen I spoke with (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) made it super easy, he took my payment over the phone and gave me a pick up spot where I could meet him. The coffee maker also works great! Definitely recommend and they are the first I call for my food equipment.

At least it runs. Came delivered damaged, chipped and looks like it’s been in some sort of fire. Bill told me he has 10/in stock but after I paid he said he would get that shipped from a USA immediately and would take 4 days to 10 days for delivery.I asked him what happened to the 10 in stock. Oh those are for customers. Not only is this company a liar, but sell obviously used equipment.Stay clear of ideal.

Very poor customer service. Spent $$$ for new deep fryer less than 4months use and its not working so been asking to come over and see the problem but they seem not care at all. No one follow up!!! Stay away
