Had to use this company - Service Line Warranties of Canada twice now and both times they were excellent. First time dealt with Serina then Debra and this time we dealt with Joshua. On both dates, these individuals were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. Great company to have when plumbing needs arise. Thanks for being there for us.

TLDR: Rude service rep validated my cancellation of this service despite not having any issues with this service for 4 years.2023 increased annual price from $79 to $122 (not changed over past 4 years) for Exterior Sewer/Septic line and when I called in to inquire I received a very rude customer service rep (Melissa) in the cancellations dept. She was standoffish and had an irritated tone, where her answers were quite dismissive prices increase every year" and "you set it to automatic renewal" to my inquiry as to why I was not informed. I have been using this service for many years and did not expect to face such service today.When asked to cancel my service (which in the end she did)

The company reponses to our request promptly. They do care about the need of the customers.Technician is patient and polite. He used his professionalism to try different ways to solve the problem of my clogged bathtub. His service is greatly appreciated.

In March 2023 I received a letter telling me that I needed to update payment information via the website to retain my warranty. I did so. In May 2023 I received another letter telling me that I needed to update that info by May 15, 2023 to retain my warranty. I logged into my account to check that the new payment info was on record on May 8, 2023. The policy had been cancelled. I called the customer service line, and they confirmed that the warranty had been cancelled due to non-payment. Ridiculous.

Hello when I needed help finding out which plans I had, letting me know that the issues I had were indeed covered and to make an appointment I was helped by two very lovely and knowledgeable employees. I was impressed with both their professionalism and friendly personalities as they were able to help me very efficiently and in a timely fashion. I did not get their last names unfortunately but I would love to give a big shout out to both Dyauna and Cody. Thank you both for helping me feel better and more calmer in the situation that I had found myself and my house in. Thank you both for being amazing in your customer service positions. I hope there are more employees like the two of you!

Very fast response. Sent a very professional plumber to do the work. He had to tear down an opening to access the pipes and respected my wishes to minimize the damage. Explained everything and meticulous. Well done.

Service tech arrived at the scheduled time. Once given the information as to our problem, he quickly located the source and corrected the situation, got us back up and flowing again. Tech was polite and answered all our questions. Great job.

I was told the work is not upto the code. Other plumber said overflow pipes are as per codes. This is just a ruse to avoid work.I am updating the review as the corporate office team followed up with me and is trying to resolve the issue. They are very open to listening to the concerns and providing resolution.
