Dr.Wheeler and all the staff are so very accommodating and make our daughter feel very comfortable and take the time to make sure she understands all the aspects of caring for her braces. Kim is fabulous and Dr.Wheeler is very knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend to anyone.

Je suis française, je vis sur Barrie pour quelques mois entant que fille au pair, j'ai eu une urgence, un fil qui s'était décoller et qui me blesser. J'ai contacté la cabinet par mail, les assistantes médicales ont été très réactif, elles répondaient presque instantanément à mes mails, et mon obtenu un rendez vous le lendemain. Je parle très peu anglais, le docteur m'a parlé en français tout le long de mon rendez vous, il s'est débrouillé pour que je comprenne ce qu'il allait faire. Le docteur et ses assistantes sont très accueillante et aux petits soins. Je recommande à 100%. Un grand merci à eux !

My daughter enjoyed going to Dr. Wheeler for braces. She never complained about going. She liked everyone there. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Especially if you need something gone quickly too like a bracket falling off or a wire popping out.

Took my daughter out of school for an appointment here but because she was on recess it took an extra 5 min for her to come out, as a result, we were 3 min late. They wouldn't her appointment because we were 3 minutes late. Clearly no empathy, I took time off work and took my child out of school, only to be turned away for arriving 3 minutes late.Not sure why they turned us away because the office was completely empty, we went abd had lunch at the resturaunt next door and I didn't see even one customer go in there, within the hour we were there.The receptionist was friendly but when the Doctor came out he told me I need better time management skills, I understand it's important to be on time but for 3 minutes.... Looking back I'm glad it turned out that way because we found an amazing orthodontist who took the time to explain the whole process and made my daughter feel very comfortable.

Very friendly staff, Dr Wheeler really did a great job making my son very comfortable. Would go back to see Dr Wheeler in the future!
