La vendeuse qui m'a servi était super désagréable quand je lui ai demandé d'essayer une paire de souliers pour hommes. Elle aurait simplement pu m'éclairer gentiment comme quoi il faut descendre d'une taille pour les femmes au lieu de me regarder croche. Pas fameux comme service, honnêtement. Aussi, les livres en vente sont emballés et ne peuvent donc pas être feuilletés, pas full pratique.

Canada’s finest sneaker store finally opens its door in La Belle Province. Their selection of sneaker and clothing is aways meticulously curated! One of the best spots to cope some Asics and New Balance.

Ordered sneakers on March 26 on their website…No shipment notification since then.Only Jessica answered my email once but didn’t to my answer. The customer service never amswered to my 3 emails, neither picked up the phone (7 times). Nobody is ever available in the chat either even when I keep it open for 2 hours…This is probably the worst experience I have ever had.Take a look at their other store reviews most customers are saying the same.Opening a new location is nice but shouldn’t you honor your existing customers first by getting YOUR job done? Is it that complicated to follow up? Especially when you get our money already?
