We purchased our home through Mona and the experience was not satisfactory. Though Mona insisted she would communicate our concerns with the seller, it was not addressed. Our requests were to simply have a clean home to move into. We requested for an adequately clean backyard, a basic sweep of the inside and for the seller to take all of her belongings. However during our final visit, we noticed that the backyard was not maintained for months, inside of the home was not clean and the seller did not take all of her belongings with her. What was even more upsetting was that these issues were discussed months prior, all to which the realtor agreed could be done. Yet during our final visit, none of these issues were resolved. When we communicated this to Mona she simply said to take it up with the lawyer. For a realtor who was representing both us and the seller, she did not fulfill our expectations whatsoever. I would not recommend Mona to family and friends.

My family recently purchased a home from Mona, the experience was stressful, frustrating and upsetting to say the least. We simply wanted a clean home, ready to move in, yet our expectations were not met. An agent fulfilling her responsibilities to provide decent customer service was too much of an ask for Mona. She did not make an effort to provide a positive experience nor did she show compassion or sympathy for her lack of effort. We now have to repair a downspout which could potentially cause a leak to the basement, remove garbage left in the property and clean the house properly prior to moving in, all of which Mona said she would communicate to the seller to have completed. Nothing was done to rectify the breach of terms. I would not recommend Mona to family and friends and definitely would not consider her services again. I would give a 0/5 star if I could

Mona was super helpful and proactive in helping us find the right home. It had taken us a relatively long time to find the perfect home and Mona was there every step of the way. She also guided us through the closing process making it quite a seamless and smooth one. 10/10 best realtor I've come across in the GTA!

Working with Mona was amazing! she was prepared from the get go with an appraisal cost for our home, all the appropriate forms for us to complete and she had her team of stagers and photographers on stand by. Mona knew what we wanted for our home and fought for it, her efforts resulted in us getting more than we expected. Working with Mona was easy and professional, she took the time to explain ALL the details making us comfortable with every step of the transaction. She is highly recommend.

It became time to sell our home and downsize and after speaking with a number of agents, we chose Mona, as she understood we needed to find the perfect home to move to.... as opposed to just moving. She was patient with our worries and eventually we found the perfect landing spot. Then came the trauma of selling our home of 16 years. She helped.. wasnt pushy and followed up on every detail. It was really a joy and positive experience to work with Mona Bayoumi in our hunt for a condo rental around Toronto.She was thorough, professional and very helpful in guiding us on how to find the best options that fit our needs and budget and avoid the common pitfalls. Not only this, Mona was really accessible during weekends and outside normal working hours as we were in a different time zone and time pressed to find a condo. She handles well the closing phase, communicating with the counterpart, double checking the legal terms…Having said the above, Mona does not try to step-over your role of evaluating the filtered options and influencing the final decision as it is a subjective matter (though she does point to a missed aspect). The final due diligence rests with oneselfHaving dealt with her, she would be my go to option for any future real-estate dealings
