Happy with the actual junk removal but ended up being a bit shocked with how expensive it ended up being. The prices on the website don’t seem to include labour and with how the website it written it makes it seem like it’s all included in the price. I wish the prices on the website reflected that since initially it seemed too good to be true, turns out it was. Otherwise the guys were friendly, quick with removing my deck and also managed to take some of the large patio stones.

Bad service and poor communication. Ordered a dumpster online, did not receive a confirmation. Called 3 times to ensure we were in the system and would receive the dumpster as planned. The day it was supposed to be delivered they called and told us to register again online. Caused delays in our renovation and we ended up booking with another local company who was amazing to deal with. A customer should not have to follow up multiple times when the company has totally dropped the ball.
