Horribly slow service.We ordered through the app 6 minutes on advance. We got there and they just realized that they have an online order. It took them another 15 minutes to prepare our order taking their sweet time!!!

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but this was the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been in. It has a fruit fly infestation and the ceiling/walls were covered with dirt from the hundreds of flies. It was busy and I know it’s sometimes hard to clean with a lot of customers, but the floors were very wet from a spilled drink that had broken glass that customers tracked throughout the place. Also there was so much garbage on the pickup counter.

Got the dragon drink Starbucks refresher and vanilla sweet cream cold brew and I really enjoyed my dragon drink. It reminds me of a very light strawberry milkshake even though it’s dragonfruit.Why I’m giving 3 stars is for the service. Not sure if it’s the weekend, but there were 5-6 workers yet there was 4 or us waiting for a while for our drinks. Reading other reviews, I can see slow service is a bit of a theme here. Maybe try mobile order ahead of time if in a hurry.

Absolutely horrible I was refused service after they messed up my drink and wouldn’t even give me a replacement or a water for my dog to drink. Will not come again it’s dirty the workers are rude and especially the woman with red hair and the women with glasses. Not ok at all I felt sick after

Whenever I seem to visit this specific Starbucks location, my experience is met with frustration and regret. The lines are incredibly long and the wait time for each order is usually at least fifteen minutes, which is far too long for a quick coffee run. The friendly staff seem overwhelmed and disorganized, and the whole process feels chaotic. I understand that Starbucks can be busy, but the excessive wait times and lack of efficiency every time makes this specific location unpleasant. While the staff are always friendly and positive, I hope that this location can improve on the wait times for drinks.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been and that’s a lot. The management act like you’re not paying for their services and products. They dole out fixings like they’re wartime rations. Ordering at the till felt like we were bothering them. A totally unpleasant customer experience.Drive or walk for 5 minutes to the next SB location unless you particularly want to get treated like a mere money-having irritant.Oh, and there were flies over the garbage.

As others have note there are some issues with this location. There appears to be some consistent turnover, as well as a lack of structure in how they process orders.Some Starbucks locations have great efficiency, but this is not one of them. There seems to be some process issues but also a lack of urgency.If the drinks are made we’ll and timely, it’s typical Starbucks quality. However they are often behind, and their consistency is low.This location does get very busy at times with a large split between those ordering mobile or in person. Both seem to have to wait a while for service.

Lovely! Baristas are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My drink was made perfectly and was super refreshing. I am a loyal customer.
